The Mother Was Taking Care of His Infantile Younger Sister, the Young Boy Fell Out of His Seven Story Home, Died

A young boy who COMMITTED suicide, by taking that LEAP out of the windows, because his mother is too busy, caring for the infant sister, wow, another case of neglect, with this kid’s life, gone, quite similar to how that other young boy I’d written about, that’s killed himself, by HANGING, from, uh…how long ago was that again???  Oh wow, I can’t, remember, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The nine-year-old boy, Huang two afternoons ago, fell from the window of his seven-story home onto the ramp of the parking garage of his community, rushed to the hospital, and died.  The police investigated and found, that the child’s mother was taking care of his two-months old baby sister, he was left alone in the living room, suspected of getting on the couch to play, and accidentally, flipped over, and fell out of the window, the investigators are checking the reason of how he’d died, and, deciding who should be charged for his death.

The county government intervened, the social services department head, Lin stated, that if this young boy’s death was caused by neglect in care, then, the caretaker will be punished by “child and adolescent protection laws”, and the parents will be assigned to take the parenting courses; the social services will also try to understand the parents’ situations, and offer them counseling.

Based off of understanding, the family of four lives in a community building in Nantou, there’s no balcony of the home, there are however, windows looking outward in the living room and the bedroom, without the safety locks nor the iron protection window frames.  At around four two days ago, Huang was working away, the mother was staying at home with the children, during which time, she’d stepped away, to take care of the two-months old younger sister.

Back then, Huang the young boy was left alone, playing in the living room, and, fell out of the window of the seven-story home, onto the entrance ramp for the garage.  Because of the loud bang he’d made upon impact, the neighbors went outside to check, and found the boy lying in blood, they’d immediately notified the police; Huang’s mother also found him missing from home, and went downstairs to check, but it was, too late.

The boy suffered serious head traumas, the open fractures on both his feet, with no signs of life in him by the time the rescue staff took him to the hospital, and the boy died after the emergency resuscitation measures were performed.  The police and district attorneys examined the home, they’d found that the couch was next to the wall of the window, that had the young boy stepped onto the couch, it would not be impossible for him to fall out.  The window and screen were both opened up, the police will examine to see if it were the boy who’d opened the window himself, or did the adults left the window open.

And so, instead of a “suicide” by hanging by that last young boy, this one committed suicide, by leaping OUT of the windows, and, wow, are you parents just, fucking retarded or what?  And, how many cases of neglect causing death must you encounter to finally understand, that you need to KEEP your eyes on your own young, at ALL times, and yeah, I know that that’s not possible, but at least, you should do your best, unless you want another “suicide” by a young child like this to happen again, and mark my words, this still won’t be the last of ITS, kind!
