The Murder of the Coffee Dealer in Hsintien Suspected of Being Got Back at for Leaking the Secrets of Manufacturing of Illegal Substances, the Man Behind the Assassination Still at Large

The investigators found, that Chang was once a member of the Hwashan Chapter, as he’d returned back to Kaohsiung, he’d, set up another union under the Thento Union, and handed out the high interest loans to those who are in need of money; Chen was a subordinate of Chang’s, childhood friends with Huang. Hsu was the mastermind behind all of this, before the hit, he’d used the satellite phones to order the hit, with Chang in the country, keeping tabs on the process of the hit, and assigning the escape routes.
The murdered victim has knowledge of chemistry in making the illegal substances, and had exchanges of skills with the Hwashan Chapter before he died, was suspected for being a spy for the other gang, to get the major drug intel, causing the chapter to lose a lot, Hsu decided to take revenge, called up Chang, to find a hit man; Chen knew Huang was pressured by his gambling debts, and, introduced him to Chang, and, after they discussed how the hit should be carried out, Huang is assigned to assassinate He.
Chang had promised Huang, that afterwards, he would get paid four million dollars from the gangs, that the gang will help him get away, that the amount to help keep his family was handed by Chen to Huang’s families; Hsu also told Huang to pack two sets of clothes, to create two misleads, afterwards, to place the gun not the shoe compartment of the small luggage case. Before Huang went for the hit, he’d told his eldest sister-in-law that he was going to “do something big”, and told her to collect two million dollars N.T. from Chen afterwards.
On the morning of November 21st o last year, Huang arrived to He’s residence, and, took photos of him, sent it to He to confirm that he was, the target, after He came back from dropping his children off to school, Huang went up and called out, “how do we handle this debt, He?”, then, fired off four shots into He’s head, neck, and thorax.
The indictment stated, that Huang had accumulated three hundred thousand dollars in gambling debts, and wanted to make a million from the hits, and although he’d admitted to assassinating the man after he was arrested, he’d caused insurmountable pains for the victim’s families, asked the courts to give him a fitting sentence.
The three were taken to the Taipei District Courts for trial, Huang admitted to what he’d done, Chang and Chen denied having murdered the man, all three asked for bail; the judge believed, that Du was still at large, that the three men who’d been caught are responsible for forgery, possessions of arms, that there’s need to have all three in custody, and, mandated that all three are to be in prison for three months from this day on, and banned from seeing and contacting anybody they knew.
And so, this may have been an elaborate, and well-thought out (b/c the mastermind here had now escaped the country?) plan to assassinate someone, and, they still got arrested, and that still just showed, if you do something illegal, you will get caught, and, the consequences of the crimes you’d committed, greatly exceeded the gains. So, don’t do anything illegal, even IF you’re in dire need of money, or if a good friend requested as a favor for you to do it, because you will get caught!
