I thought, that at least, when we get to our, teenage years, we would’ve already had the SENSES about what we can, and cannot do, but apparently, that’s, NOT the case here, what the @#$%!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A last year middle school student in Changwha, in the broad day light on the nineteenth, molested a young girl who’s a neighbor in the broad day light, as the older brother of the young girl saw, he’d called the cops, and the adolescent admitted, that he was taken to the teashops by a male elder, and he was only, copying the “moves” that he saw, was charged with molestation, and sent to juvenile court, the judge mandated him to get placed in juvenile detention, the county government asked for the counseling provisions for this adolescent male.

The county government department of education told, that this middle school student has a learning disability, that his bad behaviors were caused by the adults he is raised by, that other than the student himself, they will continue to give the families counseling on how to raise up their children correctly.

The police investigated and found, that on the nineteenth, the young girl followed her older brother out to the local temple’s celebration, bumped into the middle school age boy, they went to the parks to play together, as the young girl’s older brother went to get some snacks from the shop, the middle school student took the young girl’s panties off while she was playing on the slides, and the girl’s older brother came back and caught him in the act, the older brother ran to the women in their local community to ask for help, and to have the women to help him call the police.

Then, the middle school student left the scene, bumped into his own uncle, and told what happened, and, was led by his uncle back to the park, to apologize, and at this time, the patrol officers came, the middle school student admitted, “I did it!”, was led into the police stations to be interrogated.

The middle school student told, that he’d followed a male elder to the “tea shops”, and saw the men and women do some “moves”, that’s why he did what he saw to the young girl too, he didn’t know, that he wasn’t supposed to do that.

The social services told, that the middle school student’s family was a registered low income household, his father was unemployed and an alcoholic, most of the children in his family are learning disabled, or with mental incapacities, but most of them weren’t registered as handicaps, the family had lost its functions just about completely; the adults’ taking him into the “teashops”, and he’d picked up the bad behaviors there, that the functionality of his family is, really, alarming.

The school told, that the middle school student often couldn’t understand “what the teachers are teaching”, kept repeating the same mistakes, and not known what he was doing wrong, that had he been placed in special eds, with teachers who watched him closer, then, he may not have offended.

The Department of Education stated, that the office will help with sorting through the afterwards of the incident, and will make sure that the middle school student gets the gender equality education lessons, to help him set up the correct values on sex.

And yeah, so, this kid can’t actually be held, accountable for his behaviors, not just because he’s still a minor, but because of how he was, socialized, it was his adult relatives’ faults, for taking him into the “teashops”, leaving him to watch them FUCK those whores, and, seeing how children still learn by modeling after their adults’ behaviors, and, because this KID’s PREFRONTAL cortex hadn’t been FULLY DEVELOPED, as mental maturity comes in, the mid-to-late twenties (was it???), that’s why you can’t really, blame him, for HUMPING that young girl!  Or, can you???
