The Marines Training Facility issued the statement, that they’d felt heartbroken over what had happened, that they will “enforce the punishments alongside the law”, punish him severely, and relieve him of his army service duties.

The police were notified of the fire, and rushed over, and, comparing the street cam of the location where the hit and run occurred, they’d found that the car was the one that hit the elderly woman, that the owner of the vehicle was Yuan, whom the police checked earlier at the karaoke bar, the police immediately called him in.

Yuan saw that he couldn’t evade the responsibilities anymore, and admitted to the drunk-driving hit and run, then, was led to the location where he’d set his own car on fire, and, a few meters out by the bamboo forest and the ditches, the police discovered the license plates he’d taken off his car.
And so, this LOSER tried to evade responsibilities of the drunk-driving hit and run, and, the marines taking him off of duty, him being taken into custody is still not punishment enough, not for the families of the elderly woman whom he ran over, and killed, after driving drunk.
