And so, this is not considered as an use of excessive force by the police, after all, the driver was, using a fake license plate on the car, and as the police pulled him over, he’d, tried to get away, and the driver was driving dangerously, and to prevent the innocent bystanders, motorists and other drivers on the road to be endangered, the police HAD to shoot, and, it’s just unfortunate, that the woman walking past, was shot on her left foot, sustaining a fracture.
