Teaching Children to Speak Before One Year Old, Using the Specific Techniques

A lot of experts advised, from when the infants are born, the adults should talk to them often, singing while changing the diapers, talking to the infants when bathing them, changing them.  Read along with children start at a young age, this can also help with language acquisition too.

Hsiao also reminded, that parents should NOT do everything for their children, to give them the opportunity to practice speaking.  If the child loved snacks, place the cookies in the jars, and when the child can’t open the jars, then, at this time, guide the child to ask for adults’ help to open the jar verbally.

Hsiao also told, if this time the child doesn’t want to speak, the adults can wait, to NOT demand them to in the moment, to not blame them for not wanting to speak.  Using the means of interactions in helping children acquire language, to NOT have the young children start reciting the alphabets or the phonetic alphabets.

And so, this is on how to make sure that you’re child CAN speak, based off of this “expert”, and yet, if you push a kid who’s not ready to stary yapping yet, it can well, cause IRREPARABLE damages to the kid, which made him unwilling t speak completely, and then, you would’ve, made your own kid into mutes.  But hey, what would I know, I’m still nowhere NEAR the vicinity of being a MOMMY yet, and no, I’m still NOT pushing my sons (four-legged) or my nonexistent DAUGHTER to do ANYTHING that THEY do NOT want to, but that me, using, the “free range chicken method” to raise ALL my children, humans and non!

I’m totally against this, parents, PUSHING their young to start yapping, before they’re, ready too, but hey, this is from, the experts’ beliefs, off of the Front Page Sections, translated..

The sooner the children started speaking, the sooner they will learn to express themselves; every child’s development is different, but, the ability to speak can start at a young age.  The language therapist, Hsiao pointed out, that from the interactions with your own children, the paces to which the adults are speaking to the children in, and the responses, the feedbacks to children, can all help the child develop the abilities to use language.

Hsiao said, that as the child enters into six months of age, the parents can prepare her/him for speech.  The primary caretaker needs to take twenty to thirty minutes a day, to focus on accompanying the child, select the activities that interests the infant or toddler, from the children of a year old, the toys with the sounds, the lights, the buttons, the multiple sides, the children would enjoy playing with; or, play the games that involved interactions between many people, when the infants are interested, they would more than likely to want to interact.

this should only be used, as a REFERENCE, not a “direct order”

To help the infant understand better, the adults shouldn’t speak too quickly, or in long sentences, elevate the voice, the up and down in the voices can attract the infants to listen more closely, use animated expressions, the simpler words, to describe what is happening all around.  And, don’t just play the music or stories on tape, but to sing-along or read to your children, this would be more helpful to children in helping them to acquire speech.
