Dementia, started, invading his mind, first, it was, only, one single, neuron, then, the dendrites, axons of that one neuron atrophied, and, the atrophies started, spreading across the entire population of his, brain cells, paralyzing every last one of ‘em on its, unobstructed, path…
His mind, invaded by, dementia, at first, it’s, barely noticeable, I mean, in the beginning stages, his family would come home to find him, undressed, without his shirt, his pants, only in his, boxers shorts, sitting, on that couch, staring, into, the T.V. blasting too loud.
And, as the invasion into his mind grew worse, his family started, quizzing him on what their names are, what are the names of their, separate, children, wives/husband, etc., etc., etc., which he easily, used that cheat sheet to help him pass.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, think I’ll just, heat this up on the stove…
Then came one day, he’d, left that stove burning, and went out wandering, and, as the fire alarms started sounding off in his home, the smokes started, fuming up his kitchen, flowing into, his neighbor’s, back balcony, the neighbors called emergency, and, the fire department rang the door bell, nobody answered, so they had to, HACK down his front door.
And after all of this, raucous, the man who’s responsible was still, nowhere to be, found, for his dementia, took him for that long walk, and together, they got lost, and couldn’t find their ways, back. Eventually, he will become, totally, incapacitated of caring for himself, and maybe, get violent (due to the personality alters that might happen with dementia for some???), and, chances are, no certified nursing home will, take him, due to his, arson, and past histories of, acting out violently, and so, chances are, he will, end up, in that, straightjacket, locked up, chained to that icy cold bed, inside, that mental ward for his own, safety, but, look on the bright side, by then, he won’t be, wandering off, making troubles for himself, his families, and others he encounter in his life…………
