The argument, that led up to this woman’s, brutal murder, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The thirty-five-year-old fitness coach from Banciao, suspected of having conflicts with his cohabiting girlfriend, Huang, he’d smothered the twenty-eight-year-old woman to death, then, suspected of stabbing his own chest with a fifty-centimeter knife; as the police received the call, they broke down the door, saw Chang with a knife to his neck, with his girlfriend, Huang in his left arms, both were rushed to the hospital, Huang died, and, Chang was operated on, and spared.
The police found, both Chang and Huang work as fitness coaches, they’d been dating for about nine months, cohabiting in an apartment on Kinmen Street of Banciao, Hsinbei City, about a month ago, Huang wanted to break up, Chang refused, and, in order to comfort him, she’d not moved out immediately after the break; Chang quit his work as a fitness coach because of the breakup, he’d originally told his friends he was finding work overseas, but, awhile ago, he’d told them, he didn’t want to go anymore.
Two evenings ago at around nine, the local police substation received a call from Chang’s friend, the police and fire department rushed over, Chang had locked himself inside the apartment, refused to come out, and, the officers saw from the hole in the door that Chang had a fifty-centimeter long knife against his own neck, they’d broken down the door to enter.
As the police and paramedics rushed in, they saw Chang holding Huang in his arms on the bed, there were two cuts across her thorax, Huang wasn’t showing any signs of life, they’d rushed her to the hospital, she’d died, while Chang suffered from hemothorax and pneumothorax, after the emergency surgeries, he was in stable condition.
Their former coworker from the fitness center disclosed, he thought that the two had already made up, and two evenings ago, he’d received a call from Chang, told him to take care of his final affairs and look after his mother for him, he’d found that alerting, immediately notified the police, but it was already too late, to save Huang from being murdered.
Huang’s parents rode overnight up to the north to identify her body, they were in great distress. The D.A. and coroners office confirmed the cause of death as asphyxiation, because there were no external injuries on her, they believed she was suffocated to death, suspected that Chang committed murder because she wanted to breakup, and the argument they had spun out of control.
And so this, is what happens, when one of you wanted to break up, and the other one didn’t, and, apparently, there must’ve been, a ton of things, building up, to the brutal murder of this woman, and had the woman just moved out of their shared apartment, then, she could’ve easily dodged getting murdered by him, but she felt the need to comfort him as he was having a hard time dealing with the fact, that she broke up with him.
