The verdict pointed out, that the forty-year-old Chen broke up with his ex-girlfriend two years ago in July, he’d wanted to get back together, in January of last, he’d tailgated his ex’s scooter, and, blocked her path many times, the ex was forced to stop riding. Chen immediately got out of his car, flashed the gun, the bullets, and pointed the gun to his own chin, threatened her, “if you don’t get back together with me, I’ll kill myself in front of you, or, I’ll shoot you, then myself.
As Chen was unsuccessful at getting back with his ex, he’d thought, that it was the realtor, Wu who’d caused this, that he was flirtatious with his ex-girlfriend, on the evening of April 19th of last year, he’d gone to the realtor office where Wu worked to confront him, Wu ignored him, in the midst of his anger, Chen pulled out the altered gun, and shot at Wu three times, thankfully, there’s not enough gunpowder in the bullets, and Chen had a bad aim, only hurt Wu’s right ear, after they’d engaged in a brawl, Chen left in a getaway car driven by his friend.
The police were called, and fund three bullets, one shell casing, and Chen knew, that he was going to escape, as the video surveillance of the realtor office captured him on tape, three hours later, he’d turned himself in with the gun, the ammunition, at the Caotun Substation in Nantou.
The Taichung District Court believe, that the altered gun that Chen used is real arms, and Chen claimed that as he’d argued with Wu, he’d fired off three shots at Wu’s limbs, and head, and he courts confirmed that Chen had the intent to commit murder, and charged him with attempted murder, illegal ownership and uses of arms, gave him eight years six months, and fined him $30,000N.T., and, on the charges of threats, sentenced to five months, and he could pay the fines of $150,000N.T. and skip the time served for the charges, this can be appealed.
And, this still just showed, how you LOSERS are prone, to handle things, this woman already broke up with this loser, and because he felt upset that it was over, he’d, taken it out on a man that she’d worked with, and that still just showed, how jealousy can get the best of people, and the beliefs aren’t even, truth, I mean, were there any physical evidence that your EX (hello, hello, hello, no longer together???) was dating this other guy?
