This is still, the final result, of the, long-term, accumulations, not just this particular, instant that’s, made this man, CRACKED!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Hong had a verbal altercation over the loud noises he’d heard from upstairs with his neighbor, the woman, Chen, Chen got angered, took a butcher’s knife downstairs to confront him, and, being intoxicated at the moment, Hong pulled out a knife with a sharpened tip of 29-centimeters, and stabbed Chen on the back, punctured her lungs, and sat on top of her afterwards, causing Chen to die; the district attorney’s office believed that Hong had qualified for the reduction of his sentencing because he’d turned himself in afterwards, but considering the cruel measures he took to murdering the woman, killing Chen in one stab, indicted him on murder, and asked the courts for fifteen years for him.

The investigations found, that the deceased and the forty-eight-year-old Hong were neighbors from up and downstairs, they’d had numerous run-ins due to the noises, on October 17th of last year, they’d had a huge verbal altercation on the balcony, Chen picked up a butcher knife and headed downstairs to confront Hong, Hong saw her with a knife in her hand, threw a wooden chair at the door, then, carried out a knife that’s 29-centimeters in length in the blade outside, and had a physical confrontation with the woman in the staircases.

Hong blocked Chen’s path, and, stabbed repeatedly on the left side of her back, the wound punctured through Chen’s left thorax, her lungs, deep as eighteen-centimeters in; Hong didn’t pull the knife out, instead, pushed her to the ground, sat on top of her, to subdue her; as Chen’s son heard the raucous and came to the scene, it was already too late, then Hong went back home, and called the police, turned himself in, his breathalyzer showed 0.75mgL, Chen died on the way to the hospital.

During the D.A.’s questioning, Hong told them he’d been an alcoholic for close to twenty years, that before the incident, he’d downed the rice wine, whiskey, and started a shouting match on the balcony with Chen, he’d originally wanted to tell Chen to tell the home owner’s committee about the noises, but as he’d opened the door, she was there with a knife, that’s why he’d also, brought a knife out, and stabbed her.

The son of the victim claimed, that he saw his mother went out with a butcher knife, and as he’d heard the fight, he’d gone outside, then saw Hong sat on his mother, he’d punched Hong, then, went home, brought a bat to defend himself.

Chen’s DNA was found under Hong’s nails, based off of the emergency call, Hong’s voice was shaken up but he was more than lucid, the D.A. didn’t think he’d become confused after he was intoxicated, believed that he’d developed enough tolerance for alcohol that he knew murdering was illegal, and wasn’t under diminished capacity for thought, although he’d qualified for the reduction of sentencing because he’d turned himself in, he’d murdered the woman in one stab, suggested to the courts, to give him a sentence of fifteen years.

And so, this is still from the accumulations, and in that moment, this man was intoxicated, and emotions are running high, and he’d, stabbed this neighbor of his to death in such a brutal manner, and afterwards, he’d, sat on top of her, to make sure she dies, and if that’s not murder, what would be, and fifteen years at the recommendations of the D.A.’s office is still, way too, lenient based off of the facts of this case, don’t you think???
