Yang (age 70) claimed, that the police had planted evidence, forged the evidence, and planted evidence that he’d provided the drink he’d spiced with LSD to Lai, and Chen to drink, that the witnesses who’d testified weren’t persistent enough in their testimonies against him, that he’d not murdered Lai, and Chen, that he shouldn’t be paying for it.
The court investigated, Yang who’d originally operated and owned a marble finishing factory, and as an agent, were friends with Chen and Lai originally, as he’d heard that Yang, the girlfriend of Chen was wealthy, he’d pursued after her, started getting jealous of Chen.
Lai once suspected that Yang had scammed in the gambling rings, claimed that he was going to turn him into the cops several times, blocked off the gamblers from going to his casino to gamble, and started, planting down that seed of displease between the two
In mid 2015, Yang invited Chen, and Lai on an outing, driving the SUV from Wuji, Taichung, and on the way, he’d drugged both men, then, drove back to where he’d lived; Yang then, stuffed both his victims who are out of consciousness into the iron kegs head in first, then, screwed on the lids tight, then asked a friend who didn’t know what was going on, to drive the kegs to the transverse highways, then, pushing the kegs down into the valleys, and because the victims were stuffed inside the iron kegs, they’d died of suffocation,
The Collectivist Court found, that Yang took the lives of his victims as nothing, planned out the execution of his crime carefully and thoroughly, and denied the allegations, after all the evidences pointed toward him, didn’t settle with the families of the victims, that there’s a need to keep him separated from society forever, sentenced him to two death penalties on murder charges, the case is being retried currently.
The civil courts believed, that Yang took the lives of Lai and Chen, causing the families of the victims to lose their loved ones, and the losses suffered by the children of the victims was, unspeakable, it’s something they will, NEVER be able to, get over, found that Yang needed to pay the families of his victims over $3.13 million N.T.s.
And so, this is a murder, that’s caused by love, and because this man’s scamming in the casinos was found by the victims, and the victims threatened to expose him, that’s why he turned to, murder, and now he will be paying for the murders of the victims, and yet, NO amount of money he’s mandated to pay the victims’ families, will make up for what he’d taken from them, the lives of their, loved ones, so there’s still, NO justice here.
