The Major Crimes Cases Kept Occurring in Chiayi, the Dongshih Shooting, the Retired Police Murdering a Man, Taken into Custody

Wonder WHY, the crime rates are, skyrocketing here???  Because the retired law enforcement officials, turned to the life of crimes, after “hours” here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The district attorneys and the police chased the Dongshih County shootings, and got a break.  The detective, Hou who was working at the Fuzi Substation in Chiayi, after he retired, started investing in the construction processes, had monetary issues with a man, nicknamed, “Buns”, Chang, the two parties got into a disagreement in discussing what needed to be settled, and, turned into gunfire, causing Chang to get shot in the temple, with the bullet, lodged inside his skull, the police arrested Hou yesterday, and charged him on possession of weapon, and murder, sent to the D.A.’s office, and they are looking to have him into custody.

After Chang (age 28) had been shot he was severely injured, the hospital announced that he was brain dead yesterday, the families agreed to unplug him, the district attorneys examined his body yesterday, and scheduled an autopsy next Wednesday.

Based off of understanding, the two parties of six individuals totally started shooting at each other late at night on the fifth, the Fuzi team of detectives zoomed in on the retired detective, the fifty-four year-old Hou’s involvement, he was arrested at his home in Fuzi city yesterday, and the police led him back to his resident, and waited for that warrant to search his home signed by the courts.

Based off of understanding, Hou retired three years ago, worked as an entry level officer a Shuishang, and Fuzi substation for many years, he’d tested into the detective status.  The officers who’d once worked with Hou told, that he had ties with the gangs, that he’d originally planned to retire and started selling the solar power panels, but, due to the land development case, he’d become, involved in the shooting.

Before Hou was taken I, he’d called out to the UDN papers, claiming his innocence, he’d stated, that during his time working as a member of the police forces, he’d arrested Chang on illegal arms, and that was when the disagreement first got sown down, after he retired, he’d invested in the business, and got into a conflict of money with Chang again.

On the day of the shooting, Hou and Chang started arguing on whether or not the construction site should be filled in with the soils, they’d agreed to meet up for a confrontation at the local land guardian’s temple on that night, and because Hou worried that Chang might pull something, he’d had two men, Hou and Chang, to go ahead, to case out the location, the two called up a group of their own friends, but not found the victim there, as most of the members of the group was about to head off, Chang drove up to the front of the temple, and started shooting.  Hou claimed, that he’d never through that his workers would shoot back using a gun too, in a chaos, he’d made his escape, that it was only afterwards he’d been told, that Chang was shot in the head, but the special task forces didn’t believe him.

And so, that, is how this, disagreement on business, turned, deadly, and, it was an officer of the law, who’d been retired, who got, involved here, and, this, is how easy, monetary matter turned into, disagreement, then, murder these days.
