As the elderly tried crossing to the other side, he finally sat down, because he couldn’t steady himself, back then, there were the customers, and members of the local communities close by, but, nobody seemed to have caught that the elderly man had lain himself down on the middle of the streets; in fifteen seconds after he’d lain himself down on the streets, there were, four cars, and one scooter that sped past him, there was a driver that got curious, who’d, slowed down to observe, then, left afterwards.
Then, the twenty-two year-old woman, He drove across the streets, not known that the elderly man had lain down in the middle of the roads, and, ran him over, the elderly was caught under her car, the customers from the food shops close by rushed out to rescue him, then, turned him over to the emergency services of the fire department, but the elderly was too severely injured, and died, the B.A.C was I mg in him.
The witnesses testified, that they’d heard a loud bam, then the black dog started barking like crazy, and as they came out from the food shops, they’d noted that there’d been, an accident. Yeah, uh, the whole reason why this elderly man got run over was because he passed out drunk, and because the woman who drove the compact didn’t see him, and ran him over, she’s more than likely to get charged with vehicular manslaughter, and had all those who drove through the section of the roads signaled to this woman, then, she too may have, dodged running this elderly man over, but, on the roads, it’s, every man for her/himself, and we’re only, all looking out for, number one, and so, this bystander effect, combined with the diffusion of responsibilities is still, the primary “perps” of this case of, vehicular manslaughter.
