Her Husband RAPED Her Younger Sister, She’d Helped Him Take Her Pants Off

As the man, Chiao and his pregnant wife drove up to Taipei to stay at a motel, he’d called up his sister-in-law to the motel to chat, and, Chiao took advantage of when his younger sister-in-law was passed out from drinking, started molesting her body, as his wife saw, she’d not stopped him, but also, helped her husband stripped her younger sister’s pants off, Chiao was successful in raping the younger sister of his own pregnant wife, the victim melted down after she’d found out, and, kept silent for a long time, and finally, pursued in court; the courts found, that Chiao and his wife disregarded the morale, shown no remorse whatsoever, recently, the courts sentenced this couple for opportunistic rape four years, and three years, six months.

In the cases, in the verdicts of guilty for sexual assault cases, the perpetrators are mostly males, there are rarely, any women, let alone someone the victims were a relative of.  The courts found that Chiao’s wife hadn’t apologized to her own younger sister, or paid for the losses, and made up the lies of how it was her younger sister who’d taken her clothes off, and asked her husband to massage her, the lies.

The police investigators found, that Chiao, his wife and his youngest sister-in-law checked into a motel two years ago in September, and as Chiao saw his wife’s youngest sister passed out from drinking, he’d stripped her pants off with his wife, the woman woke to find that her older sister, her older brother-in-law were, patting her down, but there wasn’t anybody to help her, she can only pretend that she was still asleep, and Chiao was able to, rape her, as Chiao’s wife waited until her husband was done, she’d pulled the panties back onto her own younger sister, pretended that she’d not seen anything, that nothing had, happened.

During the trials, Chiao admitted to having sex with his youngest sister-in-law, but denied the allegations of rape, claimed that because his wife and sister-in-law switched clothes, and he was drunk, and mistook his sister-in-law as his own wife, and that as he’d stripped off her panties, she’d perked up her ass to comply with his behaviors of stripping her; the wife testified, Chiao’s wife stated, that as her younger sister was sleeping, she’d gone to the toilets to vomit, and didn’t know what had happened.

The victim testified, that back then, her older sister was pregnant, and that she’d only had a little to drink, that she and her older brother-in-law were still not yet wasted, as she woke in the middle of the nights, she’d felt someone was touching her all over, and stripped her pants off, her older brother-in-law even called her older sister to help him out, then she got raped; she also testified, that her brother-in-law was a man, and her older sister allowed him to rape her, that she was so fearful, she went blank in the mind, and can only pretended that she was fast asleep.

The victim told, that after the incident, she had meltdowns, her mother called her older sister to ask about it, that back then, she’d not told the police because her family didn’t think it was proper, and she’d feared that it would destroy the relationship she had with her older sister, and increasing the conflicts of her and her families.

The courts criticized the couple, that they were the older sister, older brother-in-law of the victim, and still took advantage of her being passed out from drinking, and had unconsensual sex with her, that it’d caused her traumas that can’t be, erased away.

And so, the abuser, was the brother-in-law, the older sister was the enabler, and, instead of stopping her own husband from raping her own younger sister, this woman helped her husband STRIPPED off the panties on her younger sister, so her husband can rape her, what kind of a family is this, and what was worse, was that when this woman told her mother about it, the mother told her to keep quiet, and you CAN see, how under this atmosphere, this had, happened, right?  Her own mother, and her older sister, were both, enabling her sexual assault by her older brother-in-law!
