Trending N-O-W, due to the reductions of birthrate here! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The impacts of reduction in birthrate had hit the higher education realms, the Department of Education posted its data on the 2021 school year registration rate for the various community colleges, universities across the country, showing, that there were, seven community college with the registration rates of lower than sixty-percent, of them, the Eastern Designs University hadn’t met its marker for registration two years in a row, with less than twenty-percent registration rate this year, ranked lowest in the country; St. John’s Technical University, the Capital of Taiwan University hadn’t met their goals of registration for three years in a row. And, there were, twenty more schools that were on the edges of registration rate of sixty-to-seventy percent, the most in the past three years.
Other than the three schools that’s stated that hadn’t received up to sixty-percent registration, there were the Zhonghwa Technical University, Far East Technical University, and Mingdao University that were on that list. The Zhonghwa Technical University was the school that had a lower-than-sixty-percent registration, while, the Hwa-Xia Technical University, and St. John Tech are located in the city of Hsinbei, which showed that the impacts from reduced birthrates had, gotten to the big cities.
Due to the backing down of private universities and community colleges, the Legislative Department is now looking at the rough drafts of “Private Universities Exiting”, but, due to the debates, the bill hadn’t passed yet. In recent years, there are, already, a lot of the not-up-to-quality private universities, that couldn’t wait until the formal exits that’s already, closed down. Based off of estimates of the Department of Education, the registration rate of new students in the 2022 school year is dropping to below 20,000, and the Education sect estimates, that there would be, three to five universities, announcing their exits annually.
And so, this just, goes to show, how the quality of education isn’t up to standards, and how these private universities that are set up to overflowing the country is now, going out of “business” one by one, due to the impacts of reduction of birthrates, and, this leads to the bigger problems, of not having enough qualifying schools that will be producing the leaders of, tomorrow, because this world is no longer, fitting, to raise our young in, besides, with money getting strained, how the @#$%, can we, afford it? And so, this is still, a chain reaction, the nasty side effects of, reduction in birthrates.
