The Sixty-Year-Old Woman from Zhuchih Went Missing, Her Body Was Found Yesterday, the Fifty-Year-Old Suspect Claimed that She’d Fought Him, that Was Why He’d Picked up that Log of the Longan Tree, to Murder Her
There was the shocking sexual assault-murder case that came out of Zhuchih County in Chiayi, the fifty-year-old Lin, five days ago, drank at a local grocery shop, saw the sixty-year-old woman, Lin who was sitting at an adjacent table get up to leave, he’d followed her to the betel nut farm, attempted assault her, the woman fought, and was beaten to death with a wooden stick by Lin; the body of the deceased was discovered by the farmer, she wasn’t wearing any pants, the police arrested Lin, he’d admitted his wanting to sexually assault the woman, but “couldn’t get hard”, the police investigated through the night, and is working the case as rape and murder.
Based off of understanding, Lin is unmarried, with amental disorder registry, works as a farmer, Lin lives at a nearby village, collected the recycle materials to make a living, she had three children, they knew one another, but aren’t acquaintances.
The police found, that on the twenty-second, Lin was drinking at the grocery store next to the local elementary school, Lin was there in the shop too, not sitting at the same table; as Lin got up to leave, he’d followed behind her, and they’d walked about 150 meters out to a nearby betel nut plantation, he was suspected of asking Lin to have sex, dragged her into the plantation, where she’d fought him off, hard as she could.
Lin pinned the woman, Lin down, she’d fought hard, and he’d, picked up a branch close by, and, smashed her head, took her pants off, then, raped her.
The families of the deceased reported her missing two days ago, told the police that they hadn’t seen her in days, the police started asking around, but couldn’t find her anywhere, until yesterday morn, when a betel nut farmer who’d found the body of Lin, lying in his farm, and called it in; the police rushed over, saw that she’d been dead for a long time, her body had rotted away, and became swollen, without her pants and panties on, with her pants and panties close by her body.
The police visited the local grocery shop, and learned of how Lin had tailed after the woman when she’d left days ago, and there were the locals who’d heard arguing at the location where the crime occurred, the police arrested Lin immediately; Lin had admitted, that after he was drunk, he wanted to rape the woman, but, “had too much to drink, and couldn’t get hard”, but he couldn’t’ describe what had happened in precision, and refused to be interrogated into the late evenings.
The district attorney examined the corpse, found blunt force trauma to the woman’s head, and they will determine if the head injuries were what killed her, and they took the evidence in her lower extremities to send it in to get tested.
And so, this is, a violent way to day, and this sexual assault occurred, because this woman tried to fight the rapist off, but she couldn’t, she got hit on the head, and died, and this loser needs to be charged with premeditated murder, because he’d planned to rape her, and, when she’d fought him off, he’d, murdered her, in such, a brutal manner, and he attempted to rape her dead body, only that he wasn’t able to.
