Because she wanted to break up, because of you, abusing her, you’d come up with a plan, murdered her, and, disposed of her body with your brother-in-law, and now, you’re looking at, life in prison! The woman, Lai due to love and debts, was murdered by her boyfriend and his older brother-in-law, and her body was left in the mountains for eighteen days. On both the first and second trials, Wu, the boyfriend was found guilty of murder and disposing of the body, given the life term; Hong was found not guilty on his first trial, the second trial gave Hong twelve years six months, both appealed for a third, the Highest Courts tossed back the appeal, case closed.
Lai (age 28) traveled out with Hong (age 29), his older sister, his older brother-in-law, Wu to Little Okinawa, during the time, Hong suspected that Lai was taken with another, and got physical with Lai; during March, Lai went to a motel with Hong, and found that she’d sent the photos of her injuries by him to a friend, and complained to Wu (age 30) about Lai, and Wu wanted to teach Lai a lesson.
Wu used the excuse to invite them out at night, drove the three to the mountains in Sanxia, Hong helped Lai who’s intoxicated get out of the car, Wu fired three shots on Lai, then, they’d, left her body by the industrial roads in the mountains.
The police chased the leads, and found Lai who’d been dead eighteen days who was beyond recognition in the mountains, Lai, with her remains, no longer, identifiable. The D.A. indicted them on murder and other charges. During their trial, Wu claimed that he was testing an altered gun, and accidentally shot Lai, denied the murder charges.
The courts found, that Lai was shot three times in the face three times, that the gunshot to her left thigh caused her to bleed out into shock, and not believed Wu’s testimonies, sentenced him to life term; but because there are no physical evidences tying Hong to the intent of murder, or his involvements, he was found, not guilty.
The second trial, used the testimonies of witnesses, and the physical evidences, the courts believed hat Hong had, told another to commit murder, and hanged his charges to murder, sentenced him to twelve years, and ten months for the abandonment of the body, collectively he is to serve twelve years six months.
And so, because you’d abused your girlfriend, and she’d sent the photos of her injuries to a friend, that started up the thought of murder in you, and you’d not thought why she’d, sent those photos of her injuries, you’d just felt, that she’d, shamed you, in front of others, and that made you come up with the plans of murdering her, and you’d, carried through it, and now, you’re, looking at hard time in prison, and, in my opinion, a dozen years is still, too lenient, these losers should get the life-term, or death penalty for what they did to this, woman, because she wanted to break up.
