The Major City of the Scholarly Research, Making a Low-Grade Mistake, the Officials Only Wanted to Sever from the Responsibilities Thereof

Look at how they’re all evading the responsibilities for the spread of the virus getting out of the laboratory setting here, from the top, to the bottom!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Senior, as well as the “Freshmen” Employees All Fouled Up, the Central Research Agency Had Long Been Operating Under Not-up-to-Standards Means, But There’s NO Evaluation from the Research Facilities

The evaluation reports of the Central Research Agency on the matter of the female research assistant’s contraction of MERS-CoV was shocking, as the highest scholarly research unit in all of Taiwan, there’s this, intolerable low-grade mistakes that the university level wouldn’t even, tolerate, and the agency not only evaluated the means of operations within the research units, instead, they’d, worked very hard, to cut off their responsibilities, this is NOT only a screw that came loose, but a screw that’s gone, missing, and strict evaluation should be enforced, that it should NOT be picked up, or put down, lightly.

The P3 Laboratories are in charge of researching the biohazardous disease causing microorganisms, the most severe in affecting human health.  This seemed to be the most dangerous place, but so long as the standard-operating procedures were followed, “the laboratory is safer than the local communities with the epidemic ongoing right now.”

In the evaluation reports, there were, the notes on a ton of standard-operating procedures in the lab being not followed, this was too odd, the laboratory, which only allowed for two researchers at a time present to do the researches, had a third individual in it, and none of the three researchers were wearing the scrubs on their shoes, and they’d not, logged in the data correctly nor truthfully either.

Originally, it was thought, that the only one who’d not followed the procedures was the individual who’d recently started working in the labs, of how she took the protective outerwear off in the wrong orders, but, the senior researchers fouled up as well, out of the three, only ONE took off the protective outerwear in correct order, and, all three individuals didn’t put on the scrubs for their shoes in the lab, they’d, changed into their shoes in the central control room.  All of these, must be written down in print in standardized procedures, but, the Central Research Agencies allowed for this series of mistakes to occur.

Toward the most embarrassing neglect of the virus getting out of the laboratory setting, the higher up of Central Research Agency not only didn’t evaluate themselves, they’d worked hard, to sever themselves off from taking the responsibilities.  The individual, Jeng, who was the director of the laboratory already retired on December 1^st, but, the Central Research Agency demanded that the press release alter their reports, reason being, Jeng no longer worked for the Central Research Agency.  Wasn’t he the one, responsible for overseeing the directive during the incident?  And, isn’t the whole thing tied into the Jeng’s retirement, and NOT on the Central Research Agency?

This doesn’t happen overnight, and, this sort of a wayward kind of operating the top-notch government research labs had been in existence for long, had it not been this outrageous contraction case, it wouldn’t have busted out into the wide open, nor would the outside world know, of the means the highest research institute of this country are, operating by.  The DDP government, and the CDC ought to check the neglect of the Central Research Agency completely and thoroughly this time, and not drop the matter, because it is, the Central Research Agency, otherwise, this is, just, the beginning of a series of mistakes that’s happened, and it will surely, happen, all over, again, again, and, again.

Yep, this, is how L-O-W, the quality of everything dropped to here, I mean, this is, the government’s, MOST prestigious research agency, and yet, this sort of a beginner mistakes had been made here, and, this is still, from the top down, the individual who’d made this “tiny little”, error, is merely that tiny screw that came loose, out of, a grander scheme of things.
