Yeah uh, the LACK of a STRICT background CHECK is what caused this, besides, those SEXUAL predators don’t have that label tattoo over their foreheads either, so, this is, a dangerous world, that these younger generations of children are, currently, being, raised up in, a peeping tom, masked as a school instructor here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
A male elementary school instructor in a certain elementary school in Hsinbei City, was suspected of secretly filming the female school teachers and students in the ladies’ rooms, there were at least, ten victims who’d been found, on the 19th, the district attorneys confiscated the evidence, and, found the predatory instructor having broken the laws on exploitation of young children and other charges, after interrogating him, the courts mandated the male instructor’s being taken into police custody. The Hsinbei Department of Education stated that they will be more than compliant in working with the police investigations, that if the facts checked out, the instructor will be fired, and, noted as unfitting to teach for life.
Based off of understanding, a fourth-grade girl of the school, at noon on the tenth of this month, when she’d gone to the restrooms, she’d found a cell phone, popping up from underneath the stalls, with the camera lens facing her, and she’d realized, that she was being, secretly filmed, ran back to the class, told her classroom instructor, as the parents learned of this, they’d, notified the Children & Women task squad of the Hsinbei Police Department.
The police called the district attorney’s office and the women and children task squad to investigate, they’d reviewed over the surveillance, and found that on the day, five seconds after the victim student entered into the restrooms, a man exited out of his classroom, and followed in, and, he’d been identified as the forty-five-year-old male school instructor, Tseng.
On the 19th, the D.A. and police searched Tseng’s residence and desk at the school office, his personal space at work, confiscated his cell phone, his computer, and flash drives as evidence, and, they’d reviewed over the contents, found that the secret footages he’d captured of the female students and female instructors in the restrooms, numbered to more than ten individual, they’d arrested Tseng on site, and notified the victims to help the clarify if they were in fact, on the footages. Tseng denied the allegations of voyeurism, claimed that he’d downloaded the photos, the footages of women from online.
The district attorneys believed, that Tseng is a school instructor, and yet, he’d, stored the footages he’d captured of females going to the restrooms, for his own, viewing pleasures, that he’d, broken the laws on privacy, causing the school to be under the air of unease, broken the laws on exploitation of children and minors, along with adult intentionally secretly filming minors, with the risk of destroying the evidence, and corroborating statement, on the twentieth, asked the courts to have him in police custody, to not allow him to contact anybody on the outside, to communicate by written means with the outside world, and the Hsinbei District Court signed off on the restrictions two evenings ago.
And so, this still just showed, how these, peeping toms don’t make themselves known to the general populations, and this one was a school instructor, and he got his pools of victims to choose from, because of his work, it’d become, easily accessible, for him, to get his hands on women and girls, and this, is just, too dangerous, for the children to live in, I mean, who’s to say, that there’s NOT one sexual predator like this LOSER here, in your child’s school? I mean, it’s NOT like they have that sign on their backs or that tattoo on their heads, or even, that “hello stick” that says, “I’m a sexual predator!”
