The Child with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, No Matter the Pain, Set His Mind Up on Playing His Violin

How these young children, overcame their physical illness, and, played wonderful music, they’re an, inspiration to all!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The eleven-year-old, Rong Fu fell last year, she’d used her right arm to support her body, and, her right ulna snapped in half from the middle, the physician felt that something wasn’t, quite right, had the entire family tested for genetic disorders, and, the results was three members of the families had osteogenesis imperfecta.  Which was what caused to her get hurt often, her and her younger brother, Li-Feng Fu had been bullied constantly at school, but they were very optimistic in life, learned to use music to help them cope, to coexist with their, conditions.

The Rare Conditions Foundation hosted its “19th annual scholarship awards ceremony”, Rong Fu received the excellent academic performances in the elementary school group.  The older brother, Fu told, that when he fractured his bones, it’d hurt a lot, but it’s his favorite song, and even if it’d hurt, he’d wanted to, play it for his audience.

for the love of their, music

Some of those who had the conditions had the issues of height, but, Fu’s father didn’t show this, many a year ago, Fu had a car crash, on the right half of his ribs, nine were broken, and his clavicle, as well as his scapula, almost all, fractured completely, he’d had more than a dozen nails, which made him call himself “iron man” as a joke.  Back then, he’d thought it was the impact from the crash that’s caused him to break so many bones, never imagined, that he would be made up of nails all over on his body, or that his children’s frequent fractures was due to the rare condition.

The older son, Fu, had the problem of attention-deficit, he’d fractured too easily, which made his classmates not wanted to play with him, and the parents stated on the group directly, “How easily fractured, so easy to get injured”, and other words.

From not knowing why to getting a formal diagnosis, Fu is still adapting, but the children’s adaptability seemed to be, better than his own, especially, at the age of three, his son told him he wanted to play the violin, and Rong Fu, because of her older brother’s influence, picked up the violin too, the two would play the duets often.  The older Fu told, that the frequent fractures made him painful in performing on his violin, but, he’d thought that he was playing the melodious tunes for his audience, and that became, his primary drive, to overlook the pains from his fractures.

And so, these are wonderful children, who’d, worked hard, and they’d, overcome the restrictions of their own rare conditions, and, they’re now, making melodious music, making their own lives, an inspirational tale for others.
