The shocking news of a male instructor of a Hsinbei Elementary School barged into the ladies’ rooms to secretly film, there were, around a dozen victims of female students and female instructors, two days ago, the police searched the male instructor, Tseng’s office and home, confiscated his cell phone, his laptop, along with the flash drives, and other electronic files, the D.A. found that Tseng had broken the laws of against the exploitation of teens and underage minors, with the risk of destroying the evidence, asked the courts to have him in custody.
The D.A. pointed out, Tseng (age 45), as a school instructor, but his behavior had greatly damaged privacies of others, traumatized all of his victims, destroyed the peace in school, the D.A. already called in the related witnesses to come and testify for the case, and will keep on pursuing the cases of voyeurism.

As Tseng got arrested, he’d claimed, that he’d, downloaded the footages of women going to the restrooms from online, denied the allegations of voyeurism, but the D.A. found, that after Tseng secretly filmed, he’d, saved the files onto his own personal computer to watch, confirmed that Tseng had, without consent, secretly filmed others bodies in private without their awareness or consent, he’d broken the will of children’s willingness to be filmed, and he was charged related charges.
And, this peeping tom still got CAUGHT, only, heaven knows, how many female school instructors, female students were, victimized in this, and, this still just showed, how easy it is, for a sexual predator to mask itself (not a human being!!!) up, as a school instructor, working around children, because of a lack of stricter background check, and besides, these criminal actions, they don’t usually show up on the records, unless there was an arrest formerly, or a complaint from before that someone’s made.
