The Toddler Was Murdered, the Location Where the Body Was Buried was Uncovered, the Parents in Miaoli Still Received the Government Support for Children Allowances Continually

And if you ask me, but heck who asked Y-O-U!!!  Exactly, these TWO murderers still got off, easy!  Because the mother’s knocked up, she’s, “relieved” from serving hard time in prison, when the prison is, no less than, what she deserved, for allowing the abuse of her own young to happen, to TWO of her young children and now, she’s still, popping, that “extra” one out soon!  Off of Yahoo! A case of murder of a toddler, with the parents still receiving the government assistance money for him was busted in Miaoli!  In the township of Zhunan, a six-year-old young girl who should be registered for school wasn’t, the local government visited the families, and found that the parents had “accidentally” beaten the young girl’s younger brother of two-years-of age had been beaten to death just last year (in 2020), the parents dug a hole, put the young boy into the hole, and still claimed the government assistance money for him.  The parents were found of being guilty of fraud, murder, and other charges, and due to them having flight risks, the D.A. asked the courts to mandate them in custody, which the courts allowed for.

The county government of Miaoli found that a six-year-old girl who should be registered for elementary school education wasn’t yet, and the Taoyuan city’s Women and Children’s Specialty Squad and the Miaoli Police showed concerns for the matter, investigated into the matter, found, that other than the young girl who should be registered for school already, there were three other young children which the mother of the younger girl had had with her cohabiting boyfriend, but when they visited, they’d found no sight of the youngest boy, who should be two years old this year.

After the police dug deeper into the matter, they’d found that Chen and Lin, due to improper disciplinary measure last year, beaten their two-year-old young son to death, buried him, but still kept claiming him on the social service’s assistance, as the D.A. found out, they’d immediately set up an investigation on the matter, on the evening of the fourth, they dug out the toddler’s body to examine, and on the tenth, they are having the autopsy performed, the three other children, due to how they weren’t taken care of properly, were placed in protective custody, into foster care.

Chen and Lin were charged, with counts of murder, abandonment of the child’s body, and fraud too, and the D.A. asked the courts for them to remain in custody, due to flight risks, and corroboration of their statements, although Chen had priors, but because she’s thirty-five weeks into her pregnancy, she was given house arrest, and mandated to report to the local substation in the mornings, and evenings, and the provisions of her prenatal and afterbirth care had been arranged, to ensure the right of the fetus she was carrying. 

And, that is, how this ended, the children are DEAD, because of the cruelties of their adult counterparts, and because this abuser/enabler (the mother) is knocked UP, she only got house arrest, instead of serving hard time, for allowing the murders of her own young to happen, TWICE!  This is still, NOT, justice at all!
