On the proposals of reforms in education that government posted, without the step-by-step means to achieve it, and the writer gave the solutions on how to make the education reforms happen and transition more smoothly, the key being, to get the students motivated on their own learning, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
In the past few days, the president had a forum with the high school students, there was the mentioning of the system of admissions of universities, which struck up the debates. I’ve working in the distant-region schools for many years from before, and, whether it be the native tribes or the distant regions, surely, the children’s learning opportunities, don’t match that of the students in the cities, and there are surely, many reasons for this. But, most are more than likely to omit the voices of the students, which is the lacking in motivation of learning. In actuality, currently, there are, more than enough hardware to suffice in the soft and hardware of the materials, but, almost no one mentions the subject of how to increase the children’s drive for learning, how to motivate them to want to learn.
Think about it, as the students lost their passions and interests in learning, even IF we’d, increased the registration rates, or increase the pays of the teachers teaching, the students may still feel, quite defeated, due to how they didn’t set up that means of learning from when they were younger, without the motives to get them to take the exams, and to the point, that they’d gone to the exam classrooms, and, turned in a blank sheet; the key point of this forum is, from how the English Qualifications Exams taking place of the English subject exams, we all know, that we needed practice to be, fluent in a language, that this does NOT, happen, overnight, including having the fitted environment for learning, the continually working hard, with the motivations of learning the subjects ongoing, for the fluency of a language to get achieved, that this isn’t from a few formal classroom educations per week, that the students will fully, absorb the foreign language, and be able to use it, fluently, let alone, not mentioning there’s, that lacking in qualification of English instructors in the school setting that the writer had, mentioned.
what children, under this, new reform education is faced with…

But, do the students find themselves, in this, predicament? From the related writings of foreign scholars, we can tell, that the students themselves, know this, very clearly, of how huge an effect it will be, to give up on their learning, but, due to the pressures of their peers, the occupations of their parents, or the different values, expectations from their school instructors, this was described too well in the book, “Learning to Labor”. But, the current doable thing is, to open the middle and high school course selection to get online, especially on the high school front, because of the newly implemented reforms of education of 2019, the schools were required to offer a variety of electives, and, there are more higher education facilities in the cities, and, it would be much easier to get the qualified instructors compared to the rural areas, but since the classroom learning halted as the epidemic hit, I’d found, that if we can open up the course selection of the electives online, or, set up a platform that’s running 24/7, so the students can get closer to learning what they needed to learn, and maybe, this might solve the matter of lacking of distant-region middle and high schools’ teaching staff problems.
Finally, the motives needed to be increased of the students, through this time of online education, we’d found, that the parents exert a greater power in guiding the students in their learning processes; the parents’ involvement in education of their own young shouldn’t be just a motto, we can have the parents of the various occupations, to help the students in discovering their areas of interests of work. In my teaching career in the distant-region schools, I’d asked my students to come to the school at night, to practice singing the English songs, to recite the vocabulary terms in English, setting up the related English learning websites, and even, inviting the editor of the famed English magazines to come to school to encourage my students, to motivate them in learning; and, having the parents come to school, sharing with the students, the hardships in their work, and the contents of their work, that way, it helps open up the minds of students, and can, help them enrich their learning process profiles, which will then, get them to the goals of equal opportunities in education.
And so, this article mapped out what the current reforms of education needed to do, to help the students from the distant regions get that motivation to learn a foreign language, or any subject really, and motivation is the key to learning, if you’re not motivated, driven by the needs to acquire more knowledge on a subject matter, then, you would, get STUCK, and become, stagnant, and that won’t be any good.
