The Gun Fight on the Streets of Yilan, with One Fatality One Wounded, the Suspect Claimed that the Victim Owed Him $260,000N.T.s, but the Police Suspected that There May be Alternative Reasons for Murder
The man, Liu at midnight last night, tailgated after Lo, after he’d rammed into his car, he got out, and, shot three times, the bullets passed through Lo’s skull, killing him; Lo’s friend who was in the car, Wu sustained a gunshot wound on his left hand, was taken to the hospital. Twenty minutes after Liu committed murder, he’d taken the gun to the local police station and turned himself in, told them, that the deceased owed him $260,000N.T. and refused to pay up, but during the police interrogations, he’d maintained his silence mostly, which made the police believed that there may be other reasons, or that he may have, premeditated the murder, charged him with murder, the D.A. asked the courts to have him into custody.
The police investigated, that the twenty-three-year-old Liu was not a law-abiding citizen in Yilan, Yuanshan, he was arrested before on guns and ammunitions; the twenty-two year-old Lo had also been taken into the police station on drugs and possessions of dangerous firearms.
At around two in the morn yesterday, Lo drove the thirty-one-year-old Wu from Four-Town Village in Jiaoxi to Yilan, Liu tailgated for a few kilometers, then, hit Lo’s car at the intersection of county road avenue and East Ring Road.
As Lo got out to check the damages, and readied to confront, Liu suddenly neared him, pulled out a gun, and shot Lo in the head at close range, and, one bullet was in Lo’s head, another into his neck,a nd another one, hit Wu who was in the passenger side. Lo’s temple was shot through, with bullet in his clavicle, fell instantly, died on the way to the hospital; Wu had a fracture on is left hand, and is in stable condition after the surgery.
Less than thirty minutes of committing murder, Liu drove to the police station, turned himself in, told the officers, “I killed someone”, handed the police a handgun, and eight bullets; the police immediately made the arrest, and sent the bullets into ballistics. The forensics went to the scene and took the evidence, found three shell casings, with the wheels on the back left with the blood stains.
Liu claimed, that he’d loaned Lo $260,000N.T.s, but he’d refused to pay him back, and “Went to my home to rant”, that he got angered, and murdered him, that the gun he used was bought from a friend three years ago, but the friend is already, dead.
Based off of understand, the parents of the deceased don’t know what’s going on with their son, Lo’s wife only knew he’d owed money, but not known the details. The police believed that Liu turned himself in, very shortly after he’d shot Lo, and, was calm, reserved in his statements, and said he wanted an attorney present, that the motives may not be as simple as the $260,000N.T. as he’d mentioned, they’re currently investigating to find out more details.
By the manner of this murder “suspect”, there must be something more that’s happened between him and the victim, because of the means he’d taken to murder the man, and how he’d, acted, too calm, something’s just, not quite right here, and, based off of the manners, this man may have, premeditated murdering this other man.
