Oh right, those were, out of our, wedding vows to each other, isn’t it? Unfortunately though, it don’t STAND, because “in sickness and in health”, only applies, when NEITHER one of us had fallen ill, when we’re still, very healthy in the primes of our, “joined together” lives.
While, for rich or for poor, only “applies”, when we hadn’t been HIT hard, with not enough money, with the downsizing of the companies, the lay-offs, the shortened hours of work we’re now, given, due to how the economy is still, going DOWNHILL!
As for death, yeah, that’s, a “recipe” for MURDER all right! I mean, who the @#$% wants to stand BOUND to one other person for the rest of her/his life, I mean, think about it, it’s not, workable, especially when genetic variation is the key to survive, and besides, monogamy only came into the “picture” of man’s history, some, couple of hundred years ago (I’m thinking!!!)…
So, in sickness, I won’t, in health, maybe, maybe not, for rich, sure, hand me those wads of, cold hard cash, for poor, the moment money RUNS out, yeah, buh-bye! As for, ‘til DEATH, well, that’s, a RECIPE for, MURDER all right!
And this is still, just my personal take on the matter, feel free to take from, take with, take an offense, or better yet, take a NUMBER, and FILE it with the “complaints” office of my department in customer services…
