This still just showed, how ALL politicians are, LIARS, they will say ANY and EVERYTHING to get themselves, into office, and once they are elected, they got, amnesia, and there’s nothing that we the voters can do about it then! Off of the Front Page Sections, on how easily the elected made those, bullshitting, promises to us, when they wanted our votes, translated…
The Central Government had several times, tried to stop the hikes in housing costs, but, the housing costs, aren’t, moving one bit, the more government tried to stop it from rising up, the higher the housing costs rose. The C.E.O. Yang admitted, “the goal is next to impossible to achieve”, the housing costs can’t ever get lowered to the level of affordable by ordinary citizens now. And this made us question: Tsai had promised us to build up two hundred thousand public housing and how many had she’d built, to date?
Tsai had been in office for five and a half years now, and currently, there were, only, 40,000 public housing complexes which were completed, only twenty-percent of what she had, promised. She’d gone to the groundbreaking ceremony of a social housing complex in the city of Hsinbei, announced that the 80,000 pubic housing is now, in operations; in other words there are, 200,000 public housing projects that will become, bounced checks. But, the president, is not us, she’d still bluntly claimed, “I still hadn’t changed the goals of building 200,000 residents in eight years.”, so long as you keep on, believing those, words that were exaggerated, you shall always, have hope!
Comparing, the mayor, Ke of Taipei’s confidence, falls short, compared to that of, Tsai’s. Back then, he’d made the “promises” of “50,000 pubic housing residents in eight years” as his motto for election, but to date, there were, only, a little over 3,000 that were, completed, and counting the developing, or under construction complexes in a little over 10,000, he’d already expected, that his promises will, fall short. Last year, Ke admitted that his “50,000 public housing” was “hot air”, and, recently as he’d gone to the “Living Justice Forum”, he’d bluntly state, that it’s time to “pull the plug” on this policy, to NOT leave the debts to the generations that followed.
And, the second head of internal affairs, Hua immediately leapt out, to grill Ke, said that if the city of Taipei is halting the process of building of the public housing complexes, then, the Central Government will be glad to take over in constructions of the public housing. Ke called the woman out on “distortion”, that she was playing the “cognitive warfare”, and shouted to Hwa, “if you can, build one public housing complex, and let’s see!”
And that, is the current progresses of the President, Tsai, and the Mayor, Ke’s, public housing delusions of grandiose. And, for the Central Government that kept on, blabbing, it simply, can’t, lose!
And so, this still just showed, how easily, we the people are fooled, by those, false promises, of those, politicians, as they only got ONE thing on their minds: to get elected, so sit their ASSES high up above the rest of us, while after they took office, all those promises they’d made to we the people…say what??? Did I say that I would do this, this, this? I can’t, recall! Because I HAVE, AMNESIA!!!
