When Your Husband/Wife Became the Father/Mother of Your Child

Going through that separation, or divorce, it’s, always a biggie, isn’t it?  When your husband/wife became the father/mother of your child, it’s, a brand new stage of life, and something you may need to take the time, to adjust to, even IF your divorces/separations are, mutually, agreed upon (irreconcilable differences, etc., etc., etc.), and even IF there are, NO hard feelings, no done-me-wrongs, placing the blames, etc., etc., etc., you still can’t say, that you’re, completely, unaffected by breaking up.

When your husband/wife became the father/mother of your child, that’s, a “brand new” stage of this old chapter in this book of your own life, isn’t it?  And, turning that page, may be, what you want to do, but, for some, unknown reasons, you can’t quite, turn that page yet, because you’re not, mentally, ready for it (and then again, what the HECK would I know, right???  Still single, NEVER been married, never had a child, etc., etc., etc., etc.).

The reconstruction of the psyche is, especially important, after you two break up, and, learning to be alone, become one again without that “better half” of yours, that makes you, a better man or woman, it’s, nothing easy.

But you’re still, working on it, aren’t you?

There’s no easy way, to get over a loss, but to, grieve for it, go through the stages properly, get into denial, get angry, at yourself, the other person, the marriage, the break up, and after you run through all of that, you will feel, drained (trust me!!!), and then, you will, not be able to, get back up, out of bed, for a couple of days (as getting through these things, takes, a whole lot, out of us all!)…

But eventually, you will, make that full, recovery……………
