The Mother of the Three-Year-Old Abused to Death was Released Due to Her Being Pregnant, Her Boyfriend Was a Suspect, & Taken into Custody

The three-year-old young girl was suspected of being abused long-term and died, the D.A. believed that the birthmother, Fang and her cohabiting boyfriend, Hu was responsible for her murder, two evenings ago, as the courts to have them both in custody; the judge used that Fang’s mother was already five-months pregnant, and only gave her house arrest, while Hu was kept in custody.

The twenty-six-year-old Fang had been found for being pregnant for twenty-three weeks and three days, with the doctor’s examinations, and the medical records to show; the judge asked about her economics, and then, signed off on her house arrest order.  Last night, Fang was out, lowered her head and cried, and was picked up by her mother and her younger sister.

The three year-old young girl was lifted to the hospital on August 30^th by ambulance, she was found to have large masses of bruising covering her body, and died as the medical professionals tried to save her, the D.A.’s autopsy found, that she’d been abused long-term, other than the large bruising on her body, the neck, the mouth, the nose all showed the signs of bleeding from being pinched, and they suspected that the injuries were caused by a stick, or brute force by hand, and asked for the courts to take Hu and Fang into custody.

The Tainan District Court held the hearings for the custody of the suspects, found that Hu broke the laws to protect children and youth, the adult intentionally harming a young child, breaking of domestic violence laws, etc., etc., etc. and how Hu’s statements didn’t match what Fang said, that the scene of the crime had been cleaned up, the clothes on the victim, changed before being taken to the hospital, that he runs the risk of collaborating his statements, and destroying of evidence, and mandated him to be taken into police custody, banned from contact with anyone he knew.

And because this man was the one, doing the BEATING, that was why he was, sentenced more severely, and because the woman was knocked up, and she was, released, but she’s, equally guilty, because maybe she’d NOT abused her own daughter as hard as her cohabiting boyfriend had, but she’d, not protected her child from the physical assaults, she’s, the enabler of her own daughter’s death!
