The Four Homeless Men Ate the Meals, But Couldn’t Pay Afterwards, So They Tried to Escape Out of the Shops, & Were Caught

How these homeless men, tried to scam the shops, of that free seafood meal they just had, and they got, caught all right!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Cheng, Miao, and tow other homeless men went to a seafood shop in Keelung for lunch, ordered up six thousand dollars worth of food and beer, as they’re about to finish all the foods, the two others stepped out for a smoke, leaving only Cheng, and Miao inside; the shop discovered, and demanded payment, Cheng called out, “I think I am having a heart attack!”, told that he wanted to get sent to the hospital, the owner of the shop called the police.  Cheng was taken to the hospital and examined, and there was nothing wrong with him, he only had a little over thirty dollars, the police charged him with fraud, and sent him to booking, and are tracking down the identity of the two men who ran off.

Based off of understanding, the fifty-seven-year-old, Cheng, the fifty-three year-old Miao, and two younger men are homeless, and didn’t have work.  On the noon of the fourteenth, the four took a cab to a seafood restaurant on Beining Road to have lunch, ordered the lobsters, the calamari, the raw fish pieces, and the beers and the whiskey.

The four ate until after two, the two younger males stated they wanted to step out for a smoke, exited the restaurant, then left, the owner found that something was up, demanded the two who were there to pay.  As Cheng heard, he’d, told that he wasn’t will, that he was having a “myocardial infarction”, asked the shop to call him an ambulance, and walked to the outside bench with Miao to wait for the ambulance

The owner figured out that they were eating the meals for free, called the cops immediately, as the officers arrived, Cheng hovered over his chest, said he was experiencing pains, and started calling in pain, but the police found that his hand wasn’t placed over his hear ton the left, suspected he was faking it, had someone escort him to the hospital, and took Miao in.

The hospital checked Cheng, and found him healthy, the police demanded payment for his meal, and he’d told them he had only a little over three hundred dollars.

And so, this, is how it goes, for those who are, living on the bottom end of the socioeconomic status, they wanted to cheat the systems, because they couldn’t afford the foods, and still wanted the delicious meals, so they came up with this awful way, to scam, and they got caught!
