The Courts Believed, that the Three-Year-Old Couldn’t Find the Strength to Use the Tire Pump, that as the High-Pressured Air Goes in, She Would’ve Let Go, that the Pipes Found Showed No Signs of Tempering, that She May Not Have Played with it
Two years ago in January, the three-year-old child, Deng and his birthfather, Kwan went to a self-help carwash, she died from having air pumped into her systems, the Chiaotou District Courts found, that Kwan’s intents for murder couldn’t be established, charged him with manslaughter, sentenced him to a year ten months; the High Courts Kaohsiung Subsidiary Courts overturned the verdict from the first trial, found that Kwan had pumped the air into the child intentionally, changed his charges to intentionally hurting a child, causing death, sentenced him to ten years.
The Collectivist Courts reviewed over the evidence, the narrowest part of the air pump was only 5.5 centimeters wide, the child’s fingers are only 5.3 centimeters long, and, she’d needed to exert a 7.7 kilograms’ worth of pressure, the child was only three, there’s no way she could’ve operated the pump on her own, and even if she’d used both her hands, based off of the forensic reports by the N.T.U. Hospitals, when there are foreign objects inside the adults’ or children’s throats, it would cause a gag reflex, that the young girl would’ve released the pump way before the air got pumped into her.
The judge believed that it was Kuan who’d pumped the air into his own young daughter, by the surveillance’s showing that the wires from the pump didn’t move a bit, that there’s no signs showing that the child was playing with it, or even, touching the pump, believed, that Kuan had been the one, who’d put the nuzzle into his own young daughter’s mouth, then, pumped air into her body.
“My child shouldn’t have died like this!”, Deng’s mother expressed, she thanked the judge, and the district attorneys for helping her daughter get justice, that it’s a long road until the verdict is set, she will not give up on any hopes of giving her daughter the justice she deserved.
Deng and Kuan had the young girl in 2015, on the day, Kuan took the child to the gas station on Freedom Road to get gas and to get his car washed, the child was found dead on the passenger side, and the autopsy showed that her lungs were ruptured, and had hematoma, the heart shown signs of air embolism, causing her to die, and the cause of death as determined was due to high-pressure air getting pumped into her.
The Chiaotou District Court believed, that at the time of the incident, the child was on the front passenger side, that there was the child’s DNA on the handles of the pump, they’d not ruled out it was an accident, and sentenced Kuan to a year ten months on manslaughter, he’d also denied having used the air pump to kill the child, the mother of the child was displeased, fought to get the district attorneys to get a second trial.
In the second trial, the courts found that Kuan didn’t have a fight with the child’s mother, that he’d not used physical disciplinary measures on the child before, that as the child was injured, he’d, rushed her to the hospital, showing no signs of intentions for murder, the courts didn’t go with the D.A.’s claims, and found him guilty of manslaughter; but because Kuan evaded questioning of the law enforcement officials, and not reached a settlement agreement with Deng, he was sentenced to ten years.
And so, that, is the WORTHLESSNESS of this young girl’s life, she was, murdered, BRUTALLY (with that air pump shoved down her throat!) by her own birthfather, for whatever reasons there may be, and because on the appeals, no intent could be proven, that’s why this murderer, got away, with just, that slap on his wrist, again!
