The Campus Security/Coach Helping the Students Find a Platform for the Students to Exercise on

A man with the love in sports, helping the students discover what they’re all, good at, to help them build up their confidence, because he knows, that, is what will, help the students, succeed in their lives in the future!  The inspirational tale of how this “coach” managed to help the students change their own lives, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

“Happy Hsu” as the campus security guard of the Taoyuan Elementary School was noted as, last year, he took the eighteen students he’d trained in the northern district sports competitions, earned the school seven gold medals, eight silver, three bronze, everybody who went into the competitions had placed.  As the coach, Hsu stated, that everybody has a different ability, winning or losing, depends on how much the students are willing to put in the hard work.  But, didn’t matter if the students are excellent in the scholastic or not, he’d encouraged every one of them telling them, “Good job!”, if the students lost, it’s the coach’s fault, for not helping the students shine with what they’re good at, that it wasn’t, the students’, faults.

Hsu had worked for nearly forty years in the Taoyuan Elementary School to date, back when the Chinese Taipei baseball team got eliminated in the World Classic Baseball tournaments, the calls of evaluation came from all around, the mayor then, How stated, that he was going to set up a class-three baseball team, back then, Hsu and his wife who’s the head of disciplinary department at school set up the first baseball team, with the sixth grade players as the primary forces, while the elementary set up the mixed grade programs, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth graders all play, and, when competitions came, they’d had to, make enough members to play the games.

Other than baseball, Hsu excelled in track, and set up the track teams in his school.  Hsu stated, putting in the hard work is the most important, comparing to the competition scores, he’d focused more on the moral education of his students, other than the track practices, the students were taught to respect their instructors, elders, and, if the students are experiencing mood issues, the parents would come to school to tell him, and he’d, normally played “bad cop” with them, as the students broke a rule, he’d deducted a point, and, if a student received a ten-point deduction, then, the student would be, off the team, this taught the students to keep themselves in check, to amend their own behaviors on their own too.

“Becoming the coach meant that I need a certain degree of agility myself”, since Hsu was younger, he was more than agile, in elementary school, he’s a high-jump competitor, in the services, he was, excelling in sports too, and, he’s really good at, finding out what the students excelled in.  he said, being able to run fast, the students usually have the agility in the distant jumps as well, and those who can jump really high, I’d, set them to do the high jumps, those who are muscular, sent to puh the lead balls, those with strong arms, go and toss the softballs, but, no matter the sport, the basic trainings starts with jump rope training sessions, with the jumping on the tips of the toes, to train the balances, and the strengths.

Hsu told, that the students who couldn’t excel and shine in academic, but if they’re able to shine in sports, it wouldn’t be that bad at all.  Now, there are, forty members of the track teams of Taoyuan Elementary School, about a student a class.  He said, the parents of the track teams are his students too, that he’d never gotten mean in training them, that he’d only used that one method to get through to his students, by reasoning with them.

And so, it’s still on the values the man is passing to the students, good sportsmanship, to not give up on themselves, and how many medals they won, how many competitions the students competed in, all of that won’t matter, because, what will stay with these students this man had trained, is how the students will, learn from his behavior, or being kind to them, of being tough, because he wanted to push them to reach their, fullest potentials, and this, is a good instructor that will help inspire the students to achieve greatness in their separate lives.
