His Wife Notified the Police Still Got Abducted & Murdered, the Husband Begged for the Speeding Up of the Anti-Stalking Laws

A woman who’s, stalked, raped, then, murdered by the man who’d, stalked her, hopefully, that would be, enough, to get the, anti-stalking laws signed into effect now!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The fifty-five-year-old man, Huang from Pingdong was infatuated with the twenty-nine-year-old female store manager of a cell phone shop, had multiple times used the calls of needing to get his phone renewed, to set up a brand new cell phone account to get close to her, and harassed her, Tseng reported him to the police, and hate stemmed from his infatuation for her, started in April of this year, he’d started, tailgating her to and from work, he’d, rammed her over with his car, knocked her out, took her into a vacant property, tied her up, Tseng died; the Pingdong D.A.’s Office closed the interrogations, and charged Huang on murder and molestation charges, asked the courts to hand down a heavy sentence for him.

And this case had, expedited the anti-stalking laws that’s been put on hold for long, on the funeral of Tseng on April 24th, the legislative department passed the drafts of the anti-stalking law.  Tseng’s husband told yesterday, that he hoped the courts would sentence the suspect to die, and that the related law enforcement agencies will also, start taking the anti-stalking prevention law’s progresses.

The indictment stated, that Huang was infatuated with Tseng, started in February this year, he’d used the excuse of needed to extend his contract on his phone, to set up his account, to get close, to harass Tseng, Tseng reported him this March.

On April 2nd of this year, Huang borrowed a truck from a friend who didn’t know what he was going to use the truck for, at 10:35 at night, he’d waited for Tseng to get off work, tailgated her, as Tseng drove past the first bridge of Wandan County, he’d, rammed into her, Tseng fell over from her scooter, sustained external head injuries, and scraped her knees, fell into a coma, Huang immediately, carried Tseng to the back of his car, lifted him to about ten-kilometers away, to an empty house in the city region of Pingdong, tied Tseng up, cut off all her chances of contacting the outside world for help, during which time, he’d, kissed her lips, in the end, Tseng had, died.  The D.A. closed the investigations yesterday, believed that Huang was awful in his attitude after he’d been caught for murder and molestation charges, and tried to deny his murdering the woman, asked the courts to hand down a severe sentence for him.

Tseng’s husband stated, that the similar incidents of stalking, harassments is recurring, that if there are no laws the police can use, then, it will, surely, happen, repeatedly, that the legislation should pass the reading in three tries, “don’t let this settle after the funeral’s over, the people are, gone, then, the worth of her life, is, nothing!” hoped that the law can protect the citizens, “and return justice to my wife too!”, to help those in need.

And so, with this woman’s murder, the laws against stalkers are finally, set in motion, and, this is an absolute, necessity, because, if we don’t have these, anti-stalking laws set up, there’s no way, to prevent these stalkers, from hurting their victims, and, we women won’t feel safe enough, to walk the streets either!
