The Daughter: My Elderly Eighty-Two Year Old Had Once Gone to the Toilets All Over the Places, the Add-on on the Balcony Blocks the Wind & Rain Away, Taken into Custody on Suspicion of Abuse with Her Husband
The elderly eighty-two year-old man, Chen is demented and would urinate, defecate all over the places, on the 28th of last month, he was locked out on the lanai add-on by his forty-five year-old daughter, and his son-in-law, Hsu, as the two went out for work daily, they’d handed the elderly man water and cookies, two days later as they’d come home, they’d found the elderly lying on the lanai, not moving they’d, poured water onto him, he was still, unresponsive, that was when they’d realized, that he had, died. The police investigators found that Hsu used a toilet brush to hit the elderly man, and used his bare hands, to strangle the elderly’s neck too, that he was abusive toward him, as the D.A. interrogated the two, they’d asked the courts to have them into custody, which the courts signed off on, and they will be conducting an autopsy to clarify the cause of death of the elderly man.
The police investigated, that Chen and her husband Hsu works at a factory, the elderly man was originally cared for by Chen’s older brother, but her older brother had fallen ill and was hospitalized, the burdens of caretaking landed on her. The elderly is demented, and his health was, deteriorating, Hsu, the son-in-law slowly lost his patience with him, started cussing the elderly out, and had used a toilet brush to beat him, and had strangled the elderly’s neck at times too.
On the 28th of last the couple found the elderly going to the toilet on the floors again, they got angered, and took the elderly out on the lanai, locked him outside of their home, then, left for work, before they left, they’d left the cookies and water for him there.
The elderly was kept on the lanai for two days, at six on the 30th, the couple came home from work, saw the elderly on the floor, not moving, at the time, the two picked up the bucket, filled up with water, and, poured it all over him, they’d found him unresponsive, and realized, that he had died, and called the police.
Chen testified, that she had to work, that her father was diagnosed with dementia, that recently, they were, remodeling her father’s bedroom, that’s why they’d locked him on the balcony, it would be easier to clean him up if he defecated and urinated there. She’d stressed that the lanai sheltered her father from the sun and the rain, that they’d provided him with the meals regularly too.
The police reviewed over the surveillance footages, found that on the 24th of last month, the couple had begun, locking the elderly man on the lanai, and had abused him twice. The D.A. believed that the couple had tortured and abused the elderly man to death, asked the courts to have both into custody, the physical body of the elderly were found to have contusions, the precise cause of death will be determined after the scheduled autopsy is conducted on another day.
And so, this, is tragic, but, there’s, no place to send this elderly too, and, the woman’s brother who was originally the primary caretaker fell ill, and so, the responsibilities of caretaking fell on this woman and her husband, and they couldn’t handle it, because the elderly man is demented, and lacked control over his bodily functions, so they’d, locked him outside, and, beaten him like they would in dog training, and that killed him and now, the couple is, charged.
