Used a Car to Chase Down & Run Over His Own Wife, the Abusive Husband, Taken into Custody by the D.A.’s Request

Thanks to this woman’s getting run over by her husband, the divorce is going to, go through, without any difficulties now, and this loser got taken into, police custody, and hope that he never, gets out!  The abuse that finally ended, with this long-time coming, divorce!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The woman, Han and her husband, Tsai was negotiating divorce because she was being abused by him, two evenings ago, when Tsai was riding her scooter home from work, she was run over by Tsai, the site of the crash was shrilling, the car also, rammed into the parked vehicles by the side of the road, and ran into the local residence too, Han called out for help to the passersby, the police were notified, and rushed over, and caught Tsai in the act, and arrested him, the district attorney found Tsai of not following the terms of the restraining order, that there’s a chance of him, breaking the restraining order again, asked the courts to have him in police custody, which the courts signed off on.

Based off of understanding, Han (age 28) and Tsai (age 35) had been married for many years, Tsai was suspected of getting violent with Han, the woman filed for a restraining order, and the courts signed off on it, and they’re, currently, on the process of, getting, a divorce; as Han was run over, she’d stayed in the hospital, turned down the government’s request to put her in a shelter, only asked, that she could, successfully, divorce.

Two evenings ago at around 5:30, Han was riding her scooter, stopped at the light, then suddenly, Tsai tailgated her, Han fell onto the pavement right away, although she was only, injured minorly, she’d looked, thrilled, Tsai got out of his car, and started cussing at her, “You didn’t even take care of the old, the young in the house”, “You are out, with other men”; the local residents heard the raucous, and came out, Han kept pleading for help from those who’d gathered around, “please help me, protect me!”

At the moment, Tsai attempted to get closer to Han, but the bystanders blocked him off, and Tsai shouted to Han, “You had, slammed on your brakes, stop pretending!”, as the police arrived, Han was still in shock, and couldn’t stop crying.

The neighbors claimed, that the couple had been married for seven, eight years, with two elementary age children, Tsai suspected that Han was unfaithful to him, a year ago, there were, instants when Tsai would get drunk, and beaten Han up; the social services of county received the calls of domestic violence from Han, and the restraining order was issued, Han moved out of her husband’s home, rented out, and their children are staying with her husband.

Han no longer wanted to put up with the abuse, filed for divorce, but Tsai disagreed, and refused to sign the divorce, so they can only go to court, and the case is still pending, Tsai refused to let go of Han, two days ago, he’d tried to discuss with her, to get their marriage back again, but, he’d used the wrong methods, and gotten himself taken into, police custody.

This still just showed, once there’s the instance of abuse, it will, always happen, repeatedly, and when the woman finally realized, and wanted out, the man wouldn’t allow it, and, resorted to, murder, and this time, the court will have to, grant the divorce, after all, he did, try to, murder her, by running her over!
