The judge considered, that Wang had, altered the gun, fired off on Liu’s upper body, causing the puncture in her left lung, and she was spared because she was rushed to the hospital, that Wang lacked self-control, and is a threat to the society, seriously caused harm to Liu’s life, and he deserved the prison sentence.
