They’d co-conspired to murder her ex-husband! Crimes in progress here! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The man, Yuan from Taichung, on May 9th, went to Miaoli to visit his wife and daughter who’d left home, and he’d, never, returned back. Yuan’s family called the police, reported him missing, the police chased the leads, and found, that Yuan was suspected of being clubbed to death after he was out cold from the drugs that his wife, and her affair, Chen had given him, they set his bod yon fire, then, bagged him up, and disposed of his body. By the time the police was able to discover Chen’s body close to his home in the ditches in Henshan, Hsinchu, he’d become, nothing but bones. As the two were caught, Chen admitted to murder, while Yao evaded questioning, the district attorney’s office charged them with murder, and the courts had them both taken into custody.
Based off of investigations, the fifty-seven year-old Yuan and the forty-one year-old Yao shared a seven-year-old daughter, they don’t get along well, had sued one another for domestic violence, and Yao’s affair with the thirty-year-old Chen was discovered by Yuan, they went to court, last year, the court found Yao and Chen guilty of adultery, and mandated that they pay Yuan $200,000N.T.s.
Last December, Yao took advantage of her husband asleep, used the super glue to tape his eyes shut, causing him injuries, and Yuan sued Yao for domestic violence, Yao took her daughter home to Miaoli to her parents’.
As Yuan went to Miaoli, he was unheard of since, his younger brother notified the police on May 31st, reported him missing, said that he’d found the court papers stating that Yuan found about Yao and Chen’s affair, suspected that his older brother’s disappearance has something to do with them both.
The police found, that after Yuan went missing, someone still drove out in his car, found that on May 9th, he’d driven his wife and daughter to the Xihu Vacation Village to travel, the surveillance showed that after Yuan drank the coffee that Yao handed him, he’d become limp, and was ill, as the security guard found him in need, offered the family the help, but Yao turned the security guard down, the surveillance also caught Chen in the same areas at the same time, that it was, premediated.
The district attorneys, to be thorough, ask the police to conduct a search, to find the evidence, on the 24th of last month, the police went to Henshan, Hsinchu to search, outside Chen’s residence, in the ditches, they’d found a bag of bones, and, took Chen and Yao into interrogation. At first they’d denied knowing the whereabouts of Chen, until the police showed them the surveillance they’d found from the vacation village, did they finally tell the truth.
Chen claimed, that Yao knocked Yuan out with sleeping pills at the vacation village, the two drove Yuan back to his home in Hsinchu, later, Yuan woke, the two started altercating, he’d clubbed Yuan to death, because he worries that he might get found out, in the midnight hours, he’d lit Yuan’s corpse up with gas, “it’d burned for several hours”, after there’s nothing but the bones that remained, he’d bagged the bones up into two rice packing bags, then, disposed in the ditches.
While Yao claimed, he couldn’t put up with her husband’s abuse, so he’d asked Chen to teach her husband a lesson, but denied the allegations of her being involved, said that the coffee she’d given to Yuan was spiced, that she had no clue of Chen’s murdering Yuan either.
The police found, that after Chen murdered Yuan, he’d gone to Yuan’s home with Yao, to move the spring mattress and the T.V., sold Yuan’s car off, and Yao even took the account rosters belonging to Yuan, and withdrew $60,000 in cash in Hsinchu.
And so, despite what this woman told, all the evidences pointed towards to her being involved in her husband’s, murder, and she’d, coconspired with her boyfriend, or maybe, it was her boyfriend who’d, thought up of murdering her ex, and she went along with it, it didn’t matter, a man had died because of this, and, they both deserve a harsh punishment!
