The Life-Sentence Servers Wrote to the Justice Department: Life-in-Prison is More Trying than the Death Penalty

Of course it is, because, because these inmates are, tortured every single day, not to mention nights too, by their, guilty conscience, hello, hello, hello, you DO realize that there are fates, far WORSE, than D-E-A-T-H, right???  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

“Like I’m being tortured by someone with a knife every day, a fate, far worse, than death…the law enforcement officials who’d, ignored my calls for help, are way more cruel than the mass murderers!”, the death penalty inmate, Cheng locked in the Kaohsiung Second Penitentiary recently wrote to the papers, that he’d written multiple times to the Justice Department to speed up processing his death penalty, and told the former head of Justice Department, Wang that he would prefer to be put to death, rather than live in prison until he dies, he’d not wanted his life to drag on any longer.

The justice department stated, that the system is in a progression to do away with the death penalty by progressions, that it’s the policy of the government, and, they will be reviewing all the cases of the death row inmates, and they would demand that the correctional facilities to counsel the death row inmates more.  Currently, there are thirty-eight individuals on death row, but, in the past, there were a total of four death row inmates who’d died in the holding cells.

In November of 2002, Cheng who was forty-two back then, wanted to get back together with his ex-wife, while she didn’t, he’d suspected that she was in love with another man, made his way into the factory in the middle of he nights, murdered his wife and another man, Chen, then, escaped, after his relatives consoled with him, he’d, turned himself in.  In 2005, he was given the death penalty, and he’d been in the prison cells for nineteen years now, had multiple times written the justice department, asking to expedite his execution process, but because of the policies of the government, he’d still not gotten put to death yet.

Cheng’s children are considered victims of his crimes too, his daughter still couldn’t forgive him to date, cut off contact completely, while his own son would still go visit him in prison from time to time, and would give his father some allowances too, compared to other deathrow inmates, Cheng still had families to show cares and concerns toward him, and because when the execution came, the families won’t be noticed, his families treated each and every time they visited him in prison “as their last”.  Cheng started talking up calligraphy, painted the portraits of Buddha, and recited the Buddhist verses to the portrait of the Goddess of Mercy he’d painted, and wanted to offer the chants to his own ex-wife, to make up for what he’d done to her.

Thirteen years ago, he’d started painting the portraits in his own tiny prison cell, from copying the other people’s portraits of Buddha, he’d gotten very motivated by it, he’d told, that painting had, opened up his mind, made him feel more at peace, in the tiny quarters where he’d painted, “my body is not free, but my mind and heart are!”

Immersing in the arts, with the support from his loved ones, Cheng still felt, that the process of waiting for his death penalty to get carried out is trying and long, he’d told, “if there are no questions, why not just, enforce the laws on me, instead of, leaving me alone, it’s no different than murder, even crueler than, murder!”

until the day…

this can, finally, happen..photo from online

The officials of the justice department told, that before the death penalty is carried out, they need to go through all the necessary proceedings, including checking if there are the papers filed for the Grand justice to retry the cases, retrials, the appeals, and the consideration of the individuals’ mental states when the crimes were, committed.

And so, living with the guilty conscience, is way more difficult than getting that injection of lethal dose of whatever “juice” that is that they inject those death row inmates with, and this still showed, how the BEST form of punishment, is allowing these MURDERERS, RAPISTS, to SERVE out the rest of their FUCKING long lives inside that four-by-four, but, the burdens would be on us, the taxpayers, because we’re still paying for the inmates lives, their healthcare plans, etc., etc., but without the considerations of those things, the life-terms, are the BEST forms of punishment, as this man here testified.
