During the quarantines of the outbreaks period, two nights ago, at Shezidao, there were, dozens of assailants dressed in black, involved in brawl in the local alleys, in the process, someone fired several shots, one of the shots grazed passed the neck of the man, Chen; Chen went to the police with his injuries, claimed that he’d not known the individual who’d shot him, and, evaded the questioning of the police officers, the police suspected that his getting shot has to do with drugs and money disagreements, they’d arrested the two suspects, Chang and Hsu, not found the guns, they’re following the leads through the night.
“The police is already busy enough, and these people still come out to make chaos” the police stated, with the epidemic breaking out hard, the officers are all hands on deck on the matter of helping to prevent the spread, and they’d needed to keep themselves from contracting the virus, and this group of younger people ran around, fighting each other, and this can easily cause the break outs to occur and spread, the police station will ask the district attorney’s office to file the case as attempted murder and possessions of illegal arms, then, they will pursue after the individuals responsible for the matters.
The police investigated, that Chen and Chang were involved in disagreement of money and drugs, late in the nights on the 30th of last, Chang called on dozens of others to ride in three cars to Chen’s resident, Chen went downstairs to check, and was blocked, in the process, someone pulled out a gun, and fired, the bullet grazed across Chen’s neck.
Chen was thrilled, ran upstairs to hide, and, following, he’d heard multiple gunshots; he’d ducked and hidden himself at home and called the police, by the time the police and the paramedics arrived, the gang had, dissipated, they found three shell casings, Chen was fine after being taken to the hospital, told that he’d not known any of the group who’d, attacked him, but identified Chang as the man who used a gun on him.
The police found, that Chen and Chang had conflicts, that half an hour before the shooting, Chang had his younger cousin gone to Chen’s to confront, that he was evading the questioning. Yesterday afternoon, Hsu came forth first, claimed that he was the shooter, and turned over a toy gun with pepper spray in it; Chang came later, but denied having used a gun to fire.
And so, for whatever reasons there may be, these men apparently, hadn’t received that MEMO, that the world is, messed up enough, the police are already having, more than enough on their plates, and they were all engaged in a brawl, where a gun was fired, like there’s NOT enough mess, other than the spread of MERS-CoV here already???
