A lot of you may have forgotten what yesterday was. The Command Center announced on the fifteenth, that the alert of outbreak had risen to level three for both Taipei and Hsinbei Cities, and the expiration was to yesterday. Back then, Chen stated, that if the average of viral contractions rose up to over a hundred cases for two weeks continually, then, he’ll be raising the level of alert to level four. What’s worth celebrating was, that we didn’t get “raised” up to level four yesterday, we’re still, in level three alert.

Is it because, of how Taiwan had, contained the spread so well, we’d not needed the alerts to raise to level four? Not really. Since the fifteenth to date, we watch the digits of confirmed diagnoses, along with “retracted and recounted” averaging up to over 400 cases per day, way exceeded the standard that Chen had set, which was only, a hundred cases. And so, how was Taiwan able to, “escape” the threats of level-four alert? Plainly put, it’s due to Chen’s, “foresight”.
Earlier, the hardest-hit area of Hsinbei City, Hou called out, “be prepared for level four!”; and Chen immediately listed out the new rule for elevating the alert that there would need to be more than half of the contracted, with unconfirmed sources of contractions. As for the “Chain of spread” being clear or not, it’s, completely, manipulated by the Command Center, that they can, automatically, categorize someone who’d contracted the virus, into the Wanhwa activity histories, or the tea shops, or some large-scale gatherings. That way, everybody would be, at ease, we’re all now, more than assured, that we won’t get elevated to, level four here.
As the government announced we’d entered into level three, there’s the egotistical claim that Taiwan made to the outside world: Look, world, we the people of Taiwan are only going to show the rest of you, ONCE, in two weeks’ time, we shall, relieve the level three alerts!”, and two weeks had passed by, although Taiwan didn’t get its wish of getting out of level three alert levels, but we’d, escaped, level four, swiftly. And, based off of the fictitious character’s “calculated rates of success”, this is also, an example. Chen had led us, in showing the world, how NOT to, get shut down.
And so, this, is how the government officials can and will, manipulate the data that’s been collect, to make it work in its favor, and this is still just, BULLSHIT, because by bullshitting the numbers of contractions, there are even MORE of those, who’d contracted the virus, who became, hidden in this country, and we don’t know who has it, who doesn’t, so, I guess, we’ll all be wearing our, HAZMAT suits when we head out, thanks to the commanding officer of the CDC here, bullshitting the world!
