The Officer & the Woman Who Came into the Precinct to Report Her Purse Gone Started Playing on the Police Computers at the Station

Lacking, the professionalism here!  Bad example that these officers are setting for the rest of the members of the public, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Helping Her Find Her Lost Purse, in the Spare Time, the Workers Played the Game of “Guess-My-Age”, the Videos Were Uploaded, the Four Officers, as Well as the Manager of the Station at the Time, All Received Reprimand

Awhile ago, the woman, Hu lost her purse, and sought out help from the Xing-Xin Police Substation in Kaohsiung, the four officer on duty at the station saw the woman looked like a Chinese T.V. personnel, started playing the game of betting to see who guesses closest to her real age, and allowed her to key in her own personal information on the office computers herself, what was worse was, the footages were streamed onto the group by the officers.  The Kaohsiung City Police handed down the punishments for all four officers, the manager of the station, the assistant manager of the station, were all punished, the substation director also asked to be reprimanded on his own.

The police found, the 28-year-old woman, Hu left her purse on a cab on April 26th, the following evening she’d gone to seek out assistance from the substation, asked the officers to help her recover her purse, the officers found the cabdriver in a little over an hour’s time, and returned the purse back.

Before the purse was found, the sergeant on-duty, Liu started up conversation with the woman with other officers while an officer was filtering the surveillance to find the cab; because Hu looked like a famous Chinese T.V. personnel, Liu turned on his cell phone to start video recording, like he was a host of a talk show entertainment program, started up the game of guessing the woman’s age.

Based off of understanding, someone slapped down a five-hundred dollar bill on the desk, and, stated, that the officer who’d guessed farthest from the woman’s actual age will buy the midnight snacks for everybody, it’d made Hu laughed too.

But, Hu’s identifications were all inside her purse, there’s no confirming her actual age, the sergeant, Liu suggested to look up Hu’s personal data on the police mobile computer “M-Police”, and the officers, Huang and Chou handed over the mobile computer, for the woman to key in her identification number.

And, a member of the group stated, “I don’t think we should be doing this!”, but Liu thought it was okay, because Hu was reporting her lost purse, and asked permission from her to key in her information.

Later on, the answer of how old the woman was was, confirmed, originally, the “game” ended there, but, Liu had, streamed the process onto the Group and was caught by other officers, the supervisors stepped in to investigate, believed, that Liu’s behaviors were improper, that it’d, damaged the reputation of the police office, and pursued after him to take responsibility.

The substation told, that the officers’ behaviors were, improper, even IF they got consent from the woman, but there were other members of the public who were there, and, allowing the members of the public to use the police computers, was breaking the rules of “the key management methods of computer for police use”, the four officers were written up, or given reprimands, of the officers involved, sergeant Liu was transferred to another station.

The station manager, the assistant station manager due to the bad office management, were both given a written reprimand.

And so, this is still, top-down, because the heads weren’t set right, that’s why, the subordinates are, “crooked”, in crooked stick, crooked shadow???  And, these officers needed to get RE-trained on their professionalism at work, or maybe, they’re just, way too, god damn YOUNG, at that age when everything IS a distraction to them, who knows, this is going to be a HUGE problem in the police offices, because, what IF the next time someone came in to report a SHOOTING, a BANK robbery, and these officers still played it like it was a game?
