What the Japanese Called “New Types of Predators”, Sighted in Taiwan, They’d Not Touched, Only Sniffed the Women’s Hair, Blow Air into the Women’s Ears, Take Shots of Long Legs & Mini-Skirts to Get Their Highs, Those Who were Offended Like This Felt Disgusted.
Recently, there’s, this new form of “predators” across the island of Taiwan, they’d not touched the women physically, instead, sniffed their hair, blow in the women’s ears, and, take shots of ladies in their short skirts or leggings to get satisfied, although there were victims who’d sued for sexual harassments, but the police found their actions not against the laws, and the victims couldn’t do a thing about it.
In 2016, a retired officer from Japan went on the T.V. shows, and stated, that the Japanese police forces are defining the predators that didn’t touch their victims in anyway, as “a new form of predators”, this type will get close to the women that they liked using the opportunities that presented themselves, not touched the women’s bodies, and only sniffed at their victims’ hair, and, touched their skirts, to get off. The host of the show, after hearing, nodded her head like crazy, said she’d met men like this, that it was, truly, scary for her to encounter.
Last October, an engineer from the Hsinchu Scientific Park, Chen was shopping at a super convenience store, when he saw woman with long hair and sexy figure, he couldn’t control his impulses, and, twice, got behind the woman, tilted his head forward, opened up his nostrils, to sniff at her hair, the woman felt the exhales from the back of her neck, turned her head to look, and, saw Chen who’s, intoxicated in the moment, was thrilled, and called the cops immediately.
The woman sued the engineer, Chen for sexual harassment, but Chen told the police, that he’d not, touched the woman, plus the surveillance in the store didn’t catch him, the police couldn’t find any solid evidence of sexual harassment.
On March 14th, as a woman was shopping at the Xinyi malls, she was bumped into by an unknown male, she’d originally thought it was an accident, but as she’d discovered, that the man stepped on the ladies’ heels intentionally, and in a moment of anger, she’d started, recording his bad behaviors. But the police believed, that there’s no physical contact with his victims, that it’d not, constituted as sexual harassment, there’s no clear pursuit of the man of the ladies, that there’s no way the charges of social order can stick.
The legal realms stated, that for these behaviors to fit to the requirements of sexual harassments it’s not easy, but the courts would, view the frequencies of the occurrences, and if there are other actions that followed or preceded the behaviors, to determine, and even if the individual isn’t charged criminally or found not guilty, the behaviors are still, punishable by the law.
The social services office of Hsinchu pointed out, that the thirty-nine cases of sexual harassment cases that were reported to them, mostly were verbal, physical, words, photos or pictures, of them, as the man, Lee was shopping at the wholesales mart, he saw a woman arguing with a man, went close to her ears and whispered into her ears, the woman screamed, and sued; criminally, the charges didn’t stick, but the social services department found that the man had done something against Lee’s will, it’d made her feel offended, fined him $10,000N.T.s.
And so, this, is how hard it would be, to CATCH these, PREDATORS, in the ACT, which means, that we all need to pack up those, bottles of, pepper sprays, have our phones, ready on recording mode, that way, if these sorts of SHITS happens to any of us, we would have the SOLID evidence to SUE those, MOTHER FUCKERS!
