The “Leg Controls”, are found, all over the public places, in the MRT stations, by the super convenience shops, and they’re all, secretly, capturing women with long legs, in mini-skirts, stockings, the boots, and they can be seen, as a brand new “breed” of, predators, but, they’d not shot under the skirts, so it’s not constituted as criminal behaviors. This made the victims under the cameras, tried too.
The police stated, that the streets are considered as public places, that it isn’t illegal to film something with a cell phone, but, the leg controls’ methods to filming, if it’d impacted the privacy of another individual, like taking shots of under the skirts, and spreading the photos online, then, the individual had broken the laws on obstruction of secret, and this carried the heaviest sentence of five years in prisons, and, the victims need not accuse, the police can work the cases on their own.
The police pointes out, these “leg controls” when they are filming, they’d zoomed in on a target first, then, turn their cell phones on record mode, pretend to talk on the phones, getting closer to their victims, then, pressing the record button, or pretending they were sending a text message to film, and they would, adjust the camera angles based off of the positions of their victims too, a lot of women walking down the streets, waiting for the lights to change to cross the streets, making a withdrawal of cash from the ATM, who were filmed, and didn’t even notice.
Based off of understand, this group had a “secret society”, where the members shared all the photos of legs, and critiqued one another’s skills of “hunting down the long legs.”
The attorney, Tseng pointed out, that if there’s no filming devices, zooming in on women’s private areas, it’s the same as any ordinary person, taking shots on the streets, and it wouldn’t qualify the behaviors as criminal; the FB group isn’t an open community, with a privacy setting, and all the members admitted into the group are, checked closely, and all of these, are in the gray areas of the law, which the law can do, nothing about.
Tseng told of the cases he’d worked, in 2015, a woman with a sexy body, wore the leggings into the trading company for a business call, she’d heard the shutters clicked, and, noted how she was, secretly filmed, and called the cops, and sued the person for obstruction of her privacy.
But after investigating the matter, the police only found the photos of the woman, wearing her leggings, her buttocks, that he’d not shot any photos of her privates, in the end, the D.A. dropped the prosecution on the man’s behaviors.
So ladies, we ALL, need to PACK them GUNS when we go out now, because, the law isn’t going to protect us, and besides, these god damn peeping toms can come up with ways, of stealthily shooting us in our privacies, and so, if the law can’t guarantee us safety, then we must all, take actions, to protect ourselves!
