Not Guilty for Trafficking the Illegal Substances

How???  And here I thought, that the government was, serious about, the CRACKDOWN on drugs!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Two Defendants Were Accused of Buying, Receiving the Heroin Packages the Judge Believed, that “it’s Hard to Rule Out that the Defendants’ Personal Data was Used by Others”, the District Attorneys are Looking for an Appeal

Last year, the customs stopped a shipment of heroin from Malaysia worth over tens of millions of dollars, weighing in at 2.1 kilograms from entering into the country, the district attorneys believed, that the recipients of the package, Chen and Lin are suspects in drug-trafficking, indicted both on charges of trafficking level one illegal substances; the courts used that the district attorneys can’t link the two directly to the drug trafficking rings, that it’s hard to rule out, that their identities may have been stolen, and misused for such purposes, found both men, not guilty, this shocked the district attorneys, and they’d bluntly called the courts “finding excuses”, and they will get their case facts collected more completely, then, file for an appeal.

The district attorneys believed, that the verdict can’t tell, that the defendants used this claim, in actuality, it’s “hard to rule out that the persons’ personal information were misused”, that this claim is more often used in scam and fraud cases, where the scammers sold off the dummy accounts, that there’s no precedence of it being applied to drug trafficking cases ever before, that the judge was seemingly, “finding an excuse” for the traffickers.

The district attorneys pointed out, that Chen had been in contact with unknown persons from overseas, to smuggle in the heroin, then, Lin provided the phone numbers, the addresses for the shipments, the traffic ring sent three packs of heroin by packages from Malaysia, and the shipments were caught last year on June 30th, via air, the two individuals were then, charged with trafficking level one illegal substances, and breaking the laws of trafficking of illegal substances.

During the trial, the two men denied their involvement in trafficking of the substances, Chen claimed, that he’d only ordered the surface paint for Lin’s car, that he had nothing to do with the heroin.  Lin claimed, that he thought that the package contained what he’d, ordered, that as the shipment arrived, he wasn’t in the office to receive it, he’d asked a fellow coworker to sign for the delivery on his behalf.

The courts found, that the total weight of the heroin was 2.11 kilograms, the purity weight was 1.33 kilograms, that although the recipient of the package was signed s Lin, but it’s hard to proof, that Chen and Lin were in contact with unknown persons from overseas, that they’d, trafficked the drugs here together; there are the news of getting the identities stolen, the address labels on the packages are to Chiayi, Keelung, an the physical addresses, the phone numbers, weren’t registered to Lin at all.

The judge believed, that it would be hard to rule out that Lin’s personal data was stolen and misused, that the traffickers intended to take advantage of Lin and Chen’s noting how the packages weren’t theirs, then, pick them back up to evade getting found out.  Although, the two men’s deleting the LINE conversations after the packages was, suspicious, but it’s still NOT a confirmation of their involvement in the trafficking of the packages with the heroin, that it was their ways, of attempting to escape from getting caught.

The courts considered, that the district attorneys, with the evidence collect, can only confirm that the recipient of the packages was Lin, but whether the drugs belonged to Lin or Chen, that they’d, trafficked it here, or that Lin’s identity was stolen and misused, or other possible reasons, there’s no way of clarifying; and, even if Lin and Chen’s claims aren’t taken into considerations, it still won’t affect their “not-guilty” verdict, thus, they were both found, “not guilty”.

The district attorneys believed, that before the drug trafficking rings make the larger shipments, they would send out the smaller packages, to see if it’s safe for them to traffic, this shipment of heroin weighed in at over two kilos, selling at over tens of millions of dollars N.T., that it’s unlikely, that this was only a “test shipment”, and that it’s, questionable, that the recipients of these packages would sign for the packages that they don’t know the senders, that it’s doubted, that they’re, totally, uninvolved in the matter, that the courts should examine more closely, their motives for signing for and picking up the packages.

This shipment of heroin is excessive, if it got out, it would be, disastrous, that based off of normal values, the examining of the facts in this would be carefully considered, the not guilty verdict will make way, for future drug trafficking rings’ excuses, and, if all the traffickers used this as an excuse, Taiwan may be, a transportation center for illegal substances.

Yeah uh, this is a DINOSAUR judge that we have here, I mean, hello, hello, hello, just because these two recipients “honestly swore” that they had nothing do to with it, that doesn’t mean that they HAD, nothing to do with it, and, this ruling will, make WAY for the drug trafficking rings to ship the illegal substances through Taiwan, and, yeah, this would be, an island, where drug traffickers, flourished in the future all right!
