The man, Lu broke into a resident fourteen years ago, and molested an adolescent girl, was found guilty of molestation charges, sent to prison, and, because he was assessed, to have the chances of repeatedly offending, he was, sent to the Pei-Der Hospital which was a part of the Taichung Penitentiary system to treat, he’d only, regained his freedom, just last year, and yet, as he was released from the prison hospitals, he’d broken into a woman’s resident, and, molested her, two days, the district attorney’s offices asked the courts to have him in custody, and the courts signed off on it; the High District Attorney’s Offices of Taichung, after contacting the Pingdong D.A.’s Offices, decided, that Lu hadn’t served his time for his previous crimes, and, sent him in, to the Pingdong D.A.’s Office, the D.A.’s Office there, filed for the continual treatment to the courts.
The head of the Taichung High Subsidiary Court D.A. Wu stated, that after Lu was set free last September, he’d, offended again, that there’s the need to mandate him into a treatment program, the Pingdong D.A.’s Offices asked the courts to keep him in the treatment, and the case of Lu’s recent molestation of the woman, is currently being tried at the Pingdong District Court by the Pingdong D.A.’s Office.
Based off of understanding, Lu (age 43) in 2001, committed a crime of sexual obstruction, sentenced to five years, he’d served until 2004, was paroled. And in 2007, Lu broke into a thirteen-year-old adolescent girl’s residence, and, patted down the teens breasts through her clothes, sentenced to a year, and, he was also charged on breaking and entering, fraud, obstruction of sexual freedom, and other charges, and the courts mandated him serve a combined sentenced of three years five months.
In 2008, Lu was sent to prison to serve the sentence, in August of 2011, he’d served his time, but the assessment team found him to run the risks of offending again, he was sent to the treatment programs by the year, and although he’d objected in court multiple times, the Collectivist Courts tossed back his request.
Last May, the committees of thirteen in the assessment team, twelve of whom agreed that he no longer needed the treatment programs, most of the members believed, that Lu had a lower chances of reoffending, that the Subsidiary Courts of Taichung believed, that the system was, “out of tricks” in reforming Lu, believed, that the high subsidiary D.A.’s Office should reexamine the data, and decide if he needs the therapy treatment programs continually, and, the Collectivist Courts, based off of the information provided by the prison, found that Lu’s chances of reoffending had clearly, greatly, reduced, and, signed off on his forced treatment program.
But, just seven months after Lu’s release, he’d, broken and entered into the residences twice, and, the first time, he saw a man in the shower, didn’t do anything else, but the second time, he saw that the homeowner was an old woman, and only patted down her back, but was still charged by the D.A.’s offices on opportune molestation.
And this just showed, how well those, treatment programs for SEX offenders are, it does NOT work out at all, like for this LOSER, he’d, offended, how many times again??? At least THREE times, and had that time that he’d seen, that it was a MAN in the shower, he could’ve, offended too, and, he wouldn’t even let an elderly woman off, and still, patted down her back, and the courts still, set this loser free? Yeah, that’s, really, safe for the rest of us out here all right………………
