As she should, because she did NOT deserve to get so brutally abused by the police officers, and just because the officer IS an enforcer of the law, that gave him the right?  Uh, are you sure, that you got your BRAINS screwed on right???  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Questionable Pull-Over, Three Days Afterwards, the Female Instructor is Pressing Charges on the Officer Who’d, Brutalized Her

The music teacher, Jeng on the 22nd, after refusing to get checked by the officer, Yeh, called him “stupid” she was taken by force, cuffed up, on obstruction of police business, taken to the police substation, yesterday, she’d gone to the local substation, and sued Yeh for obstruction of freedom, and physical assault; Yeh had a day off yesterday, the substation stated, that they’re already, running the procedures based off of the laws, the case had been, turned to the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office to oversee.

Jeng dressed as she had on the day she was physically assaulted by the officer, returned to the Xing-Guo Substation, with the hospital slips documenting her injuries, the footages of her getting pulled over, along with the footage provided by her friend who was there with her; she’d said, that the police should NOT just publicize the part of the footages that are benefit to the officer’s case, and hidden the bottom half of how she was pinned to the ground, and cuffed up.

On the morning of the 22nd, early in the morn, Jeng rode the train to Zhongli to give her drumming lessons, the patrol officer thought she’d looked, nervous, demanded that she gave him her identification.  She’d felt it wasn’t necessary, blurted out, “this is all stupid!”, and the officer, Yeh thought it was an insult, then, charged her on obstruction of police affairs, and, cuffed her up; afterwards, Jeng posted her experience on FB, and it got the community discussing what had happened.

Yesterday, Jeng went to the Xing-Guo Substation and pressed charged on the officer, Yeh, she said, “Where I’d tripped, I shall, stand back up from there!”, she is unafraid of getting criticized.  She said, that as she’d arrived to the same substation, three days later, the officers asked her especially, “do you want some water?”, compared to how she’d lost her freedom, and cuffed up, she was, shamed, it was an experience of “heaven and hell”.

Jeng stressed that she wasn’t prejudiced over the police officers, she just couldn’t understand why the officer asked her such a personal question; this experience, it’d, made her realized the pains of justice unserved of the citizens, from she was cuffed up in the substations, searched up and down her body, locked in the holding cells, then sent to the D.A.’s office, in the process, she could only cry as she’d called for help from her families and friends.

The Human Rights Association of R.O.C. pointed out, the point of this particular case is in how the police check was right, if it had any legal basis, and the measures used, was it, overboard.  The association called the police to investigate the matter internally, that if there are unlawful behaviors found, it should be used as a case of “what shouldn’t be done!”, helping to reform the rules of searching the citizens.  The C.E.O. of the foundation Kao said, the police searches need to follow the rules of legislation number 535, can’t stop anybody at any time, at any specific locations, to conduct the searches at random; in the subjective views, Jeng didn’t act suspicious enough, to make the officer felt that she can cause danger to the community, that the officer should never have pulled her over, and randomly checked her, that her human rights were, breached.

Based off of understanding, the officer, Yeh was breaching over his jurisdiction, that it wasn’t his precinct to check at, where Jeng was heading down.  The substation explained, that the location was a key place for safety concerns and a location where traffic accidents occurred most frequently, that it was listed as a special point of check, and the other officers from the nearby local substations can all go to help if something suspicious were, going on.

And so because you were, AT the wrong place AT the wrong time, and you were, rushing off, because you were late to your class, that was why, the officer mistook you for someone who’s up to no good, and, it still wasn’t your fault, the officer used excessive force, and he needed to be, punished severely for his abusing his power.
