The cat which was owned by Liu, in Wenshan District, Taipei, two evenings ago, in his own front yard, when it was resting there two nights ago, someone fired two shots from a gas gun on it, one of the plastic bullets entered into the cat’s face, close to the nose, the cat was bleeding massively, as the cat was taken to the vet and treated, it was okay; the police was called, and they’d, zoomed in on a male suspect, and they will arrest him as fast as they can, and have him explain his own bad behaviors, and the animal protection agency of Taipei was also, notified.
The police stated, that they are unsure if the suspect was randomly testing the gun, or if there are other motives; based off of the laws of animal protection, intentionally causing an animal severe injuries, death, it’s a two-year prison sentence, with the fines of between $200,000N.T. to $2,000,000N.T.s., if the injuries aren’t, severe enough, then, the punishment shall be, set up by the animal protection agency.

Liu called it in to report to the police, after the police investigated, and reviewed over the surveillance cameras locally, they’d suspected that the suspect had used a gas gun, the first shot was fired onto the fences, making a loud noise, the second shot hit the cat’s face; that it was, at pointe blank where the cat was shot, they’d suspected, that the perp was standing, right outside the residence.
And for whatever reasons, this LOSER took it out on this innocent cat, and injured it, because maybe he thought, oh, it’s, JUST an animal, it won’t feel anything, it can’t express its pains like humans, or maybe, he just, gets off on seeing another living organism suffer, either way, it’s, awful, what this LOSER did to this, household pet at random, and he deserves not just a fine, but also, jail time, if he eventually gets caught, and I’m more than positive that he will, get, caught, soon!
