The man, Lai from Taidong was suspected of slamming down newborn kittens to death, he’d claimed that the kittens had bitten him, which was why he’d reacted such, but there were three witnesses who’d testified that he’d intentionally done it, the judge found him too cruel, and lacked remorse, sentenced him to three months, and fined him $200,000N.T.’s on breaking the laws of animal protection, this can still be appealed.
Lai was accused, for grabbing up the kittens that nobody owned from the pavements, and slamming them down hard, causing the kittens to break their skulls, and die. The police were called, the three witnesses testified that the kittens were only about a little more than a month old, and were wandering around the slump buckets, like they were looking for food, the locals gathered around to watch because they thought they were cute, suddenly, Lai walked out of his front door, lifted up the kittens high in the air, then, SLAMMED them onto the concrete, causing the kittens’ skulls to crack open and died on the pavement.
Lai denied the allegations of intentionally abusing to kill the kittens, said that he’d wanted to have them, that he’d, picked them up, but was bitten, and slammed the kittens down, and, he got some blood onto his hands, went inside to wash up, and as he walked out, he’d not found the kitten anywhere, that the kittens didn’t die. He’d stressed, that because he had a parking disagreement with someone, that was why he was, falsely, accused.
The courts investigations found, that Lai had had some disagreements with a witness, but there were three other witnesses who’d testified to what he’d done, which were identical. The judge found that Lai showed a total LACK of respect toward life, that he’d maliciously killed the kittens by force, and attempted to weasel his way out, showed NO remorse whatsoever, that he must, pay for what he did.
And so, this LOSER got charged all right, for MURDERING these young kittens, and the prison time of only three months is still, WAY too, lenient if you ask me, because there were THREE lives (so what if they’re not humans???) that were, lost because of this loser’s bad behavior, and, because he’d only killed the lower order of living things, that’s why he’d only, received, a tiny slap on his wrist, he should be punished more, if you ask me, but hey, who asked Y-O-U??? Exactly!
