The South African man, Milton came to Taiwan twenty years ago, nine years ago, he’d, enticed the then “Zhong”, “Hsiao” to get their nude pictures taken, and sexually assaulted “Zhong” too, two years ago, that National Database of Missing & Exploited Children of the U.S. contacted the criminal investigations unit here, the police and district attorneys went to search Milton’s apartment, confiscated his e-mail and hard drive on Cloud, found that there were, massive amounts of photographs of molesting young boys, he was indicted by the D.A.’s office, the first trial, the courts found him guilty of forced sexual acts, and other charges, sentenced him to eight years two months.
The verdict stated, that Milton was a foreigner from South Africa, twenty years ago, he’d come to Taiwan for work, as an English instructor, received a permanent resident visa here. One day in 2012, in an online café in the city of Taichung, Milton met the then sixth-grade “Zhong”, on August 19th of that same year, he’d, enticed Zhong to his residence, and had a translator there.
Milton provided an assortments of undergarments for Zhong to change into, then, used the digital cameras to take his photographs, barebacked, with the various designs of underpants on, a total of fourteen photos, then, handed some cash to “Zhong” as the money for the shoot.
Milton knew that Zhong didn’t understand matters of sexual encounters, lacked the complete sense of understand, of boundaries, to fulfill his own sexual needs, on August 19th of that same year, he’d pinned Zhong onto the bed, against the boy’s will, raped him.

On the same year, during the bottom of August, Milton enticed another boy “Hsiao” to his rental home again, and used the same measures, taken shots of him with nothing but his boxers on, along with having the child flash himself at the camera.
On September 25, 2015, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children of the U.S. notified the criminal investigations unit here, of how a foreign male, Milton had used his Yahoo Mail, and his hard drive on Cloud, saved massive amounts of sexually illicit photos of young boys, the Taichung D.A.’s office had a warrant for his arrest, took him in, and confiscated the hard drives, the laptop, along with other materials involved in the exploitation of young boys.
The courts found, that due to Milton’s own odd preferences for young boys, shot sexually illicit photos of the victims, sexually assaulted the victims, causing the two young boys insurmountable bodily and psychological harms, that it’d, caused the young boys’ beliefs to contort, and afterwards, he’d stated how it was the boys who’d wanted it, that he’d not enticed them, attempted to get himself off, and so, the courts decided to give him a very severe sentence; Milton was upset, and filed for an appeal, and the appeal is now, being, processed by the Taichung High Subsidiary Courts.
And, these two young boys will, not be seeing justice, ANYTIME soon, and, even if this foreign PERP gets sent away, it still wouldn’t help these young men to recover fully, and they were, way too innocent, way too, trusting, without the sense of, dangers, that was why they were, victims of this, sexual predator’s bad behaviors, and this time, the “wolf” had, masked itself up as a English teacher!
