Why We’re a Family of, Pedestrians

Why this family selected, to NOT own a vehicle, doing something they can, for the environment here, translated…

Walking, had always been, an, important activity that my family had.  Before we were married, my husband and I had, come to agreement, to keep a family, without a car.

Others would often wonder: “are you considering the environment in not getting a car?”, yes, but we’re, not that, great, it’s just that, when there’s a choice, we’d, walked, to not drive.  It’s hard for us to convince ourselves, that when one or both of us go out to work or to run errands, we would, drive a car that’s this heavy, that emits, too much, carbon dioxide, all for the sakes of our own, convenience.

But, we’re walking, NOT because we don’t own a car, but because, we really, love it.  Walking, we get to, hold conversations, to help us better understand one another; through walking, we get to, discover the stories of this city we live in, through the, observations we’d made.

After we were wed, the kids came, and, we’d, spread that blueprint of walking out even more: we live in a city with great transportation means; we’d found work, that public transportations can get to; accompanied our children to walk to school every day, to not move the registry to those, all-star school neighborhoods; visiting all the places on the public transportation means, so long as we’d planned the trips ahead of times, it’s not as troubling as you can, imagine………life is a choice.  Doing away with some minor conveniences, we’d, done something FOR the, environment, and expanded our own minds, why not?

And so, this, is the value of this family, they’d, not wanted to burden the environment, to make mother nature more ill, so that’s why, they CHOSE, not to, own cars, and they adapted themselves to being without a car to get around, besides, the public transportations systems are set up really well here, you don’t need to own a car to get to the places you need to go, like in the U.S.
