The Students Testified that an Expelled Student Started Cramping the Space in School, that He’d Behaved Oddly, Hoped that the School Can be More Attentive, so Tragedies Won’t, Strike Again
Someone went online to Dcard to post, that a female student of Culture University was hit in the back by a bag by an odd person from Culture University, the student fell, sustained multiple contusions. As the article was posted, it’d sparked up debate, and there were many other students from the university leaving the messages said that the man had taken a saw, approached them and asked, “where are you going this late in the evening?”, and there were the sightings of this weird person who’d stayed at the study center of the school that’s operating around the clock, that he’d barged into the women’s restrooms and started singing loudly, it’d caused the students a scare.
On this, the university stated that the man who’d camped out at the study center is a dropout student, Chen, his conditions are, special, and the school already contacted the social services, to offer him counsel, and they’d reported to the police on his lawbreaking behaviors already too; currently, the school is trying to get into contact with the female student who’d been injured, hoping to clarify what had happened, but the school isn’t certain, that the individual in question IS the individual who’s staying in the study center. The Department of Education stated, that they’d asked the school, to get into close contact with the law enforcement agencies in the precinct.
The member of the online community who’d posted the incident told, that a female student had gone out to buy some midnight snacks on the fifteenth, as she’d passed the Da-Yi Building of the school, she saw someone climbing up the windows of the Da-Dien Building, started hollering, and then, threw items toward the female student, which hit her on the back, causing her to trip and fall, to sustain multiple contusions.
The post also mentioned, the man was a know weirdo of the school campus, had priors in physical assault, the school originally did something about it, but then, the school started ignoring the matters, that the Department of Education should intervene into the matter, and reminded the students, to watch out for their own, safety.
And there were the messages left underneath the posting that stated, that the person who was posting the message passed through the school’s 24-hour library, found the man doing carpentry work, and, as he’d walked past him quickly, the man picked up the saw, and chased after the individual, called out, “Where are you going, this late in the night?”, causing the student to run away in a panic.
Due to the shocking news of the female student being abducted and murdered in Changrong University last year, it’d, alerted everybody, the Department of Education called out to the schools to keep the grounds safe. And now, the case of the weird man on campus, it’d, made the students worry, that this might turn into a replay of the events of Changrong University, called out to the school, to pay more attention to the matter.
Toward this, the school stated, that they’d held a safety review board yesterday, and will promote school grounds safety in recent days, and patrol the campus more often, and reminded the students, that if they’d felt, “unsafe”, they should immediately go to the authorities.
And, for the man who’d camped out in the study center, the university stated, that Chen’s wayward behaviors had been taken a note of, and they’d reported the matter to the Department of Education too, but they’re not at liberty to discuss, and in the future, the school is considering the key swipe for the study center.
And because of the college female student that got kidnapped, raped, and murdered awhile ago, the students are in a frenzy of scare, and, this still just showed, how unsafe, the schools had become, because there’s, NO way of preventing the unknown persons who don’t attend the schools from entering the campus.
